  I have a situation where I expect to format DATE as "LUN-DD-YYYY", but there are issues when the CSV file is created with a DATE as "MON-DD-YY" (example November 15, 12 ').   I downloaded the application install Adobe Reader DC, it's in my downloads folder and I can save it in different places but when I click or double click nothing happens.   I get an error trying to update the drive that is suggested by creative cloud.  Error 2753.  The file 'acrosup64.dll' is not marked for installation.    I tried to uninstall and re - install drive, but when it's time to update again, I get the same error.  Is there a solution or get around it?

  Same thing here, iMac with OS X 10.11.6. All started a couple days ago. Have not found any valid solution online yet, I tried rebooting in recovery mode and check disk, but it seems that everything is ok with the drives and permissions.

Then when I try to download these files, a gray box returns for each photo with the name of the file, and this error message -Preview is not available for this file but no picture.   Some additional information. I received these photos of my granddaughter of my son with Dropbox. I checked the files under properties and found that they were listed as "some blocked properties" so I checked the box to 'unlock' and click on apply. The blocked message went away. Then, I took the original photos out of the folder of file they were in. I went back to LR and made sure those grey boxes with the Preview is not available for this file was missing. Then I went to the new files with the status of unlock in a new folder and tried to import into LR... same thing happens again! UGH

  Could you please copy the images of Dropbox in a new folder on the computer/pictures folder.

  Also, then try again to import images into Lightroom and also please check if you have read and write permissions on the images.

  The file you are trying to open is (you can see from the name) a BMP, PDF files no file. Adobe Reader can only open PDF files, just so stop trying to open it with Adobe Reader. The app, users of Windows for BMP files is painting.
