  I ended up solving the problem! So grateful, I was able to search deeper in the other positions on the issue and found a similar situation and how it was fixed. I fixed it by copying text in text boxes, the removal of the text box and copy text in new text boxes. Thanks for having this forum available for questions and answers for the Adobe programs!

  I'm working on adding via HTML & Wistia videos on a site of Muse. Everything worked well for testing (3 videos of 7) locations. I was able to listen to samples and download on BusinessCatalyst with everything works fine.   I never said it was a problem of IE.

  I just figured out the problem. The date on my clock has not been set correctly. I don't know why this would have caused this problem, but the error is over now. Double and triple check your time, year and time zone. I had it established to the year 3010 for some odd reason. I am now able to run without problem diagnosis and my Internet works perfectly now.
