  See if you can access your account via webmail.  This way you are not blocked.

  Most e-mail providers don't allow you to send from a location which you are not connected through their service.  So if you leave the House and connect, then they block to prevent spammers to send through their service.  Many have a way around this in the account settings, but only your e-mail provider may indicate what are the appropriate settings, because they are specific to the provider.

  I have of sending mail from outlook hurt express 6.

  I use windows XP, tried to turn off the firewall, router security, anti spam protection etc., it makes no difference.
  I've updated my settngs port in accordance with the passage of DAV to POP3 (whatever it is) as reported by microsoft.

  I have a problem running Outlook Express in WinXP SP3. I can receive but not send an email, I got the error next message when sending email:

  Error 550 - 0x800CCC69 - Message rejected due to the reputation of the IP of the sender (or words to that effect, at least)

  I have other messages on the forum the impression is that this error occurs usually when there is a suspicion that an e-mail account is used to send the spam, but I talked to our ISP and email provider (this does not relate to a Hotmail address) and they said that there is no problem from their point of view , and it must be something to do with OE. We also checked all the settings of the ISP account and everything is perfect.

  Can anyone offer any help?

  This error message comes from your ISP. They refuse to relay messages. Unless you are not connected to your ISP directly, IOW, sending another address through your ISP, they have blocked you.

  Remember their service tech and ask to speak to a technician level 2.

  P.S. When an error message in question, please copy and paste in your message. Wording right can make a difference.

  The rejected e-mail address was ' karen.hall@stationcasinos. com'.

  You did your email: there should be no space between stationcasinos and com. Go to tools > accounts > {account}, and then click Properties. Check addresses both the general tab and the tab of servers under the username by e-mail.

  It is the main cause of the error. Using the obsolete parameters as noted Bruce can also cause problems.

  You try to send a file larger than 20 MB.  Try to reduce the size of the attachment of zipping it or go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and select the option to break messages apart large.  However, many recipients servers will not accept messages exceeds 10 megabytes, then you could try to send via another method.  BTW, if you attach a file, it must be encoded to be sent by e-mail, and this coding adds about 30-50% the size.

  I use PCTCT to download the files that I analyze, then I need to remove the file from the server. (11 development coldfusion)

  Can list and download files very well, I'm butting my head on a problem that I can't solve.

  I was told that sending messages on my Outlook Express 6 has been temporarily blocked by Hotmail team due to "unusual activity". I had this same problem last year. I tried all these forums and nothing helps. I went on holiday for three weeks and haven't used my computer and when I got home my Outlook Express worked. I still haven't understood that. The only thing I did recently was to renew my Download Accelerator Plus and I get messages on my Speedbit Video Accelerator which need to be reconnected. I didn't send e-mails to a large number of people. I did not intend to holiday now so that my computer can sit for three weeks, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me to pass the message to the Microsoft Hotmail Team that I didn't do anything to violate their "terms of use" or any other breach of contract.
