  You will have to contact HP support for your region. They should be able to access the control system to get an idea of what happened in the order. I know that in the United States, the market the best shipping option may take 1-2 weeks for the worst case scenario. Once again, the procedures of what past doesn't seem to be a real HP repair/service process. They should probably be aware of what has happened to check that the repairs are going as they should.

  Update Manager did not install the update because it must be downloaded again.
  Suggest you download and Save the complete stand-alone package of Vista SP1.

  I can only say that graphics cards for laptops are not the same thing as same GPUS for desktop PC. From my own experience, many games have problems with different graphics drivers for laptops.
  I m also a player, but I would not buy laptops if I want to play the most recent, tough performance. Ok. I have a laptop for my mobility of its use and en office to play the game.

  @macram: you can try the drivers omega but don t know if it helps.
  Unfortunately, but I don t see any other possibility.

HP support site advises to use Windows updates to update drivers or visit the manufacturer's Web site. Problem is I need an Internet connection to run Windows Update but cannot find the Ralink Wireless drivers. Looking for Ralink manufacturers website I find http://www.ralinktech.com/en/ (which States that the Ralink site merged with the Web of MediaTek site and one for pilots redirects to http://www.mediatek.com/_en/07_downloads/01_windows.php). Maybe somebody has an idea which driver I'm supposed to use? Updates of Windows actually work?
