Error adding a blocking device (PIX)

Hello!

Thanks for the quick response.

Now, I get the following error when I try to add a blocking for my IDS sensor device:

Error: peripheral Net done errNotFound refers to a configuration of device of shun record that does not exist. Update of the configuration attempt was rejected. [0.3]

No idea why this error?

The sensor knows the firewall IP, username, the enable password and the password for remote access. SSH is enabled on the firewall. I tried to add the firewall as a trusted host, but I get the error:

Error: socket connection failed [4 111]

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Bercy

I guess it's a sensor of version 4.0 or 4.1?

So then the first error "Error: device Net done errNotFound refers to a configuration of device of shun record that does not exist." Update of the configuration attempt was rejected. [0.3]"is easy enough to explain.

The information of user name and password are configured as a "configuration of the device shun' give you it your own name made.

Then when you add in the Pix as a device to manage you adress exactly your configuration of the device previously created "shun" (the name you made up).

Not quite sure what the second mistake is.

I suppose that you run the command:

Configure the terminal

SSH - key host 10.1.1.1

(replacing with your pix address 10.1.1.1)

It will establish a ssh connection to your pix and

display the server's key. You must accept the key if it is correct.

If you do not accept the key NAC won't be able to connect to the Pix using SSH.

NOTE: The Pix may also need to be configured to accept connections from the ssh probe.

I have a PIX running version 6.3 (1). The PIX is configured to use a Server 3.1 CSACS AAA authentication and authorization more GANYMEDE +. The sensor is 2.0000 Sig46 running.

Before adding AAA for the PIX, the sensor has been able to connect and set up to Shun correctly. Since the addition of the configuration of the AAA for the PIX, I was unable to get the sensor to connect to the PIX for fleeing.

I created a login and password with rights admin for the IDS sensor connect to create leaks. I could authenticate and build manually fled via a Telnet and SSH connection using this connection. I tried to remove and re-add lock several times.

When I configure the PIX as a blocking Telnet device, I see the State of the Net as "initializing" device when you look at the statistics of the IDM. When I configure the PIX as a SSH blocking device-, I consider the State as "inactive".

Make sure the PIX is in the list of allowed hosts. From the cli, type

    end of config

SSH - key host (ip interface pix)

Check that you have associated the pix of polarity

logical device. The logical device record contains the username,

password password and activate. Using IDM, it is selected in a

  • Error adding vShield Manager in vCD

I have tried a CEP of vCD and vShield using the. OVA on VMware.com
I see error adding vShield Manager vCloud Director.
I checked the vShield Manager, it works well, can connect display settings on the Web page.
I tried to telnet vShiled Manager of port 442 vCD virtual machine, and that failed.

    What should I do next?

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

This may seem like a stupid answer, but it launched my butt when I started using vShield edge with vCloud.

Connect to the device vShield edge with a web browser:

https://vshieldedgedevice - one of the first options is to connect the edghe to a vcenter, the account used to connect vshield edge to vcenter - this is a good one to use because it configures all rights that edge will need on this account... (don't forget to login/pw)

    In vCloud use this login/pw.

Now, here's what made me, the password cannot contain a few special tank - I forgot the list but I don't know ":" me before.

    Hope this helps

  • EMail address added to < < my device name > > < < my device name > > now using < < my mailadress (identical to the Apple ID) > > for FaceTime and IMessage.

My iPod touch get now and then next alert message due to change on my iPhone.

EMail address added to < < my device name > > < < my device name > > now using < < my mailadress (identical to the Apple ID) > > for FaceTime and iMessage.

Why I get this message? iPhone is disabled due to my work offshore for two weeks, but the use of the iPod touch is allowed.

What is my apple ID used on other devices with the same name as my iPhone?

I would be happy if anyone has an explanation of why I feel this strange behavior.

When you connect to FaceTime or Messages on another device, another peripheral other device using this same ID will get the message that has been signed to. Some iOS (and OSX) update log for other devices will get the message when that happens.

You can delete all data stored in Firefox with a specific area through "Forget this Site" in the context menu of a history entry ("" history > view history "or" view > sidebar > History "") or via the subject: permissions page.

Using "Forget this Site" will delete all data stored in Firefox in this area as bookmarks, cookies, words of past, cache, history, and exceptions, so be careful and if you have a password or other data from that domain you don't want to lose then check that back up these data or make a comment.

You can't recover from this "forget" unless you have a backup of the files involved.

It has no lasting effect, so if come back you on such a 'forgotten' site, then the data of this Web site will be saved once more.

  • Equium L40-156: graphics card problem - error code 12 in Device Manager

    People of the night...

Just got a family run Vista premium, Equium L40-156, everything is going well except a little problem with the display adapter (Mobile Intel 965).

Tried the drivers that I had with the installer
Tried the drivers from the toshiba download page
Tried the drivers on the Microsoft Update site
Tried the drivers from the website of intel

All have the same problem, in Device Manager, it shows with an error (the pretty yellow triangle with the "!") with an error code 12 (the device cannot find enough free resources) even after a system resart.

Switching view hidden devices displays a 2nd same device, but works correctly, but the two disappear if I try to delete either.
Display settings do not display a connected device, DXDIAG had no idea either.

Latest version of the BIOS installed, all other devices are very good and can not see an IO overlap anywhere

    Any suggestions, greatly appriciated

    Hello

I have studied a little bit and looked on the Microsoft page for some answers and found out what exactly means the error code 12.

    ------------------------------------
    + Error code 12 +.

+ This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12) +.

+ Two devices are assigned the same i/o ports, the same interrupt, or the same Direct memory access channel (whether through BIOS, the operating system, or a combination of both). This error message may also appear if the BIOS did not allocate enough resources to the device (for example, if a (USB) universal serial bus controller is not an interruption of the BIOS because of a corrupt MPS (Multiprocessor) system table). +
    -------------------------------------

Well, what to say; usually this error message should not appear with the original Toshiba preinstalled operating system.
I put t know if you have changed something or add an additional device, but it would be very interesting to know if the same error message appears after the reinstallation of the OS.
You can use the Toshiba Recovery CD/DVD of restoration!

All the drivers, the tools are already preinstalled on the recovery CD so the entire procedure will not take very long. about 10 min.

Check this box and report if the same error is displayed on the laptop with the factory settings!

    Good bye

When you try to start my Satellite L750/755, I get an error no. Bootable Device.

Before I try any recovery, is it possible to remove the HARD drive and connect it to my other PC so that I can get all my pictures, music, etc. it. If so, do I need.

I have it on my old desk, and bought a HARD drive with a USB caddy, if disk HARD just looked like an external drive.

    Thank you very much

    Tim

Yes, you can remove the HARD drive and connect it to your other laptop / PC with USB HDD external enclosure. With the help of this forum you can connect your HARD drive as an external device that must be recognized and listed in the Windows Explorer, so you can have full access to all your stored data.

Back up all your data and put the HARD drive in your laptop.

Usually, if there is not a hardware problem you can start your laptop and press F12 to get into the boot menu. When the boot menu appears on the screen that you can put the recovery disk of information optical disk drive, choose the CD/DVD drive and press ENTER. After making this optical drive should start the disc and start to copy the data to the HARD drive.

What you can do before you start using the recovery disc is to enter the BIOS and set it to default settings.

Please try it and send feedback.

I had a similar problem with the USB ports a few years ago. I removed the ports in Device Manager and reboot the laptop. The USB ports will recognize again.

    Hello

This can help you to use the system restore to fix:

    1. If you are using Norton, you should disable Norton inviolable Protection before using the system restore.

    http://Service1.Symantec.com/support/sharedtech.nsf/pfdocs/2005113009323013

    2. try to use Safe Mode system restore.
