Hi Ray,
It seems that ZoneAlarm has not installed correctly.
I recommend you to uninstall ZoneAlarm completely using the removal tool and check if the problem persists.
Subsequently, you can re - install software ZoneAlarm .

Hello, I have 2 computers with Windows XP with SP2 and automatic updates. After the updates (17 June), two computers refuse to start. I get the message "Unable to start Windows XP" with different options to choose from, Mode without failure, last Configuration and boot Windows, but none of them works, he keeps just show this message even after trying in vain to restart. I have a dell xps with vista and get the error "unable to start windows.
I can then choose the launch startup repair or start windows normally. as soon as I clicked launch startup repair, he says that it is not able to PC repair. I tried to enter safe mode, it restarts, flashes a blue screen and takes me to start the reboot system again. I tried to run a recovery from a previous version of my sw windows (via the options in advance in the Startup Repair menu), but this does not solve the problem of boot loop. I can get to a c prompt, but that's all. I prefer not to use the dell factory image restore and losing all my files.

App failed to load after the addition of test devices
Hello
I made a soft, did a dev ipa and installed on my iPad. Worked.
But now I need to test it on another iPad as well.
So I deleted the files mob Prov., added the new iPad and a new mob Prov. files.
But now the app will install more.
I made a new app ID > did not work
I tried to do it again with only the original iPad app > even that no longer works.
What can be the problem?
Thank you!
Restart your iPad and check out them. Also make sure the UDID match.
Usually this error is due to certificates or UDID lack of files Mobile start-up.
Recreate the certificates from scratch with the new app ID (do not use ' * ' in the App ID for example com.company. *). Make sure that you have unchecked iCloud in section ID App.
Set up your devices (Add UDID and device name of the device in the devices section).
Recreate App with new certificates.
Remove old syncd APP in the iPad. Sync and install new .ipa

1. Since when are you facing the issue?

You can try to repair the itunes and check if it helps.
If this is not enough, then you can follow the steps provided and check.

Running Win7 on Toshiba P500 SP1. During the installation of Paragon system backup 11, which allows me to designate a backup (z) USB drive, he made a full backup. Then, every time I start up Windows this program does not start with the error above, sometimes only one message and sometimes both. This program (always installed with disc manufacturers) worked fine until my C:/D: main needed to be replaced. Can anyone help?
I think that maybe a Win7 program is may be damaged.
zanadu1251Hi Zanadu,
It could be a problem with the backup USB drive that you created by using the Paragon Software.
I suggest you to contact Paragon as it appears after taking the backup. You can check the link to contact Paragon support team:

Boot Up error 0xc0000034 - cannot start windows
I'm back from work yesterday and found my laptop displays a black screen, saying that "windows couldn't start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause"and repair using the windows installation disc 7.
However, windows was preinstalled on my computer so I don't have a disc. I left it during the day so I can only assume it was restarted due to an automatic update.
I only got this computer the other day and I really don't need this hassle.
Any ideas?
Ta> However, windows was preinstalled on my computer so I don't have a disc.
You didn t receive disks because there was software pre-installed, Toshiba recovery disc Creator called.
This allows you to create the recovery disk that would help to restore the operating system. But normally there should be a recovery of HARD drive option too.
Try this:
Press F8, choose repair my computer, drive HARD recovery. If that does not help, then you will need the recovery disc. You can order it here:

I was in my class and hit the computer on the desk. I turned it and then turn it on again now, this problem occurs. It's a Toshiba, and Toshiba normal screen comes up and takes me to the screen "windows failed to load. I have it on the repair of the system right now, but he is suspended on a black screen with a cursor and nothing else.

Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.
That there is no information on a black screen as it is on a blue screen just adds to the
Difficulty. Often using a restore point or Startup Repair will have no effect. You can try a
Google to see the proposed repairs, whom some have worked however these cover a wide

What does error loading program.exe.mean under Windows 98?
I have an old system with Windows 98 on it. I get an "error loading program.exe. -You must reinstall Windows' message every time I try to sign. I don't have the original disc. How can I fix?
Hello Michielle,
To answer your question, program.exe loading error means that the program is not installed on your system.
Andrew is correct, that the support for Windows 98 was arrested in 2006.Since Windows 98, we have 4 new operating system commercialized by Microsoft. Most of the new computers would not yet go Windows 98 as there are no available drivers for the new hardware.
It would be better to upgrade.
Thank you

Computer Dell laptop of my husband has a virus that wants you to install a fake security program. I tried to fix it. OOPS. I tried to choose an earlier date to restore your computer to and I got zapped, crashed and burned. Error is now: winlogon.exe - bad image then the msgina.dll login user interface DLL failed to load, contact admin to replace the dll or restore the original dll. I don't have a boot cd. Is there a way of "back door" to get his computer works again?
As you know now, do a restore of the system on a severely infected machine is not a good thing. Better to save the data and do a clean installation of Windows. You can try to do it yourself, but based on your post, which I would not recommend it. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, just to be practical. It would be better to take the machine to a competent local tech (not a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place).
If you really want to try it yourself, here's what you need to do:
1. start the computer with Linux Livecd such as Knoppix. You are using Linux, copy the data files on an external hard drive.
2. install Windows using the XP Dell installation CD.
3. install all the drivers for Dell. Use the Dell Resource CD or get the drivers from the Dell advance website.
4. switch to XP Service Pack 3 and do all the Windows updates.
5. install a good antivirus - NOD32 (commercial), Avast or Avira (both have free versions).
6. install all other desired programs, updated if necessary (especially if you have MS Office).
7. analyze data saved with the antivirus before you copy it to the new clean install. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
