Error: Cannot start microsoft outlook a required component is missing OMNIT. DLL

I can't open Outlook, I get the above error message. Can anyone help.  Thank you.

Start - Control Panel (click on classic view in the left pane) - programs
and features - select your version of Microsoft Office. Click on repair on the
the toolbar above the list.
