Hello
I enclose a VI that measures and displays capacity depending on the tension swept to a "keithley 590" meter. In the llb file fix, I use the vi called "590-CV Measurement.vi.
I get the error 'error Code 6 in reading GPIB in 590-CV Meaurement.vi.
The VI is supposed to display the data as a table and as a graph. I see the sweeping of instrument keithley tension but no data is displayed and the code 6 error which means 'Operation of e/s abandoned' as indicated
http://zone.NI.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361B-01/lverror/gpib_error_codes/
is displayed. Could someone help me please on what is the problem?
Thank you very much
Poli
Hey polished.
Thanks for the files. I searched through the conductor of the intrument and the spy file to establish a correlation between the behavior we see with function calls. I would that try you two things and I would like to know the results.
First of all open the 590 CV - Measurement.vi and discovers the block diagram. In the Structure of the event, select the event "Run". Here, on the second line of function calls you fine one labelled GPIB Read. The upper part of this VI has a terminal of Timeout. Create a digital constant of 0 and it wire to this Terminal. Run your program and see what see you.
Once this test is done, delete the changes (the addition of the digital constant). Then change the numerical value that is connected to the same GPIB Read command any value less than 20000, it is the value (10000 or something). This will change the number of bytes, the function tries to call and hopefully prevent expire.
Let me know what you get results.

error code 20 with my ipod touch 4
Error code 20 with my ipod. I installed the latest OS on my ipod OSi6 and it backed up all my data correctly. When I try to restore my ipod has put all my apps on it hangs whenever he tries to load my music. I get an error code - 20. In my view, it is a problem of windows 7 but do not know how to fix it.
After some thought, I think I understand what you're trying to do. You connect the iPod to the USB port on the computer and then try to copy music from PC to iPod, that correct? If so, then Windows 7 is to identify the iPod and her assigning a drive letter, is that correct? You can then open computer (aka Windows Explorer) and see the iPod than what appears like a hard drive, is - that correct? While you try to copy and paste from the PC to the iPod music files, is that at the time?
And then when you make the dough to the iPod, it gives you a code 20 or Windows give you code 20? Will there be another message? If so please post them here. Have you tried to copy the other files on the iPod? If so, does it work or is it something specific to music? You can copy this music to other USB devices like a flash drive or MP3 player?

How can I fix an error code 10 with my dvd/cd rom drive?
Hello
I have vista a window and my dvd rom drive has an error 10 code on it. He has demonstrated since the end of August and I'm not sure how to get rid or correct the problem. I was wondering if I did system restore to the day before where the error showed that would work? Although I don't know how to that date on the restoration of the system, I thought I'd ask. I have a hp pavilion dv9000 and I tried to delete the upperfilter thing and even used Microsoft solve this quiet a few times and nothing has worked, and since I downloaded Service Pack 2 a week ago he would keep trying to disappear and reappear in my device manager. So if there is anyway you can help please let me know!

Original title: Acer laptop DVD drive missing
Hello
I have an Acer Aspire 5740 G computer laptop running Windows 7. When I tried to play a movie today, it did not work. The green light on the drive of CD flashed several times then stopped and all was silent. I opened my computer and saw that the CD/DVD drive wasn't listening it. I then opened by Device Manager and the two things under CD-ROM/DVD-ROM readers had a yellow triangle and an exclamation point on them. One thing has been called; SVI 2ZGTAB8HQ7G5 SCSI CdRom DeviceThe other thing was called; TSST Corp CDDVDW TS-L633CI clicked on both and saw the message; "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) »The last time I used the CD player a burn a disc over a month. I used Microsoft Fix It but it says to remove the drive and plug it in somewhere else, and I can't really do this because it's the only drive on the laptop and I'm worried I might break if I go out there with force. Can someone help me? I would really appreciate it.Hello

Method 2:
I also suggest you run the FIXIT from the link below and.
Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows
http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/hardware_device_problems/
Method 3:
Your CD or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/982116
You can run the FIXIT or you can try the manual steps and check.
To do: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
Back up the registry
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/back-up-the-registry
Method 4:
Re-install the drivers DVD
Completely uninstall the DVD drivers from Device Manager, and then install the latest drivers for your computer.
Once the drivers are completely uninstalled, download the latest drivers from the manufacturer of the computer.

Your registry may be damaged. (Code 19)
This problem occurred after cleaned your registry using "CCleaner database"? If so, then when running CCLeaner you would have the option to backup the registry keys. If you did, perhaps restore the backup keys. If not, read the article above (do not rely on the fixit).

Satellite P10 problems with Mat * a DVD ROM
Hello
I have a problem with my P10,
I bought it for 2 months and 4 months ago my
Carpet * a DVD ROM does strange things.
When I try to copy a CD for example, it reads the cd source, after I put in those recordable, it starts to burn and suddenly it stops, says ERROR (Event Viewer: error on Controller\Dev01\CD-ROM) and my Combo drive is presented as a 'simple' DVD - RAM on Solution Explorer drive.Sometimes it won't read movies on DVD or CD so I have
to restart the P10 and generally it can read the disks after that.
So is my faulty drive, the card mother or just me?
Have been looking for a new driver, but there is just a
DVD-RAM, no driver for the drive itself.Hello
Maybe the contact of the cable to the controller and CD player is loose. The error message said you it should be good!
Your P10 is under warranty so bring a call Toshiba and it need to be repaired or a Service partner!
