ERROR CODE 3FO / NO ACTIVE PARTITIONS

I recently had to crashing problems with my PC.  Today I ran the diagnostic and the result was the above statement: 3FO No. PARTITIONS ACTIVE and the CODE of ERROR.

I could back up my data until a HD failure seems to be underway.  I'll ask experts, I'm right here?  Should I try a new installation of HD, jumping to a new computer or are there always a possible solution at this point?

    I have a HP Mini Netbook
    I had a lot of problems with it - simply being very slow-, so I decided to do a reinstall of Windows 7 Starter
    I downloaded Windows 7 from the microsoft site and I followed the instructions to make sure that he installed win 7 starter edition
    Once installed, I put the original supplied with the version of HP installed license key.
    Everything worked fine until I started getting malware warnings suggesting that I was a pirate copy.

    IF this is the real problem, you must extract the file from your XP CD.

    Put your XP CD in your drive, do not let it autostart.

    Start > run > type in msconfig > OK or enter > excerpt from file > file to extract = sndvol32.exe > select your CD/DVD drive as source > extract to c:\windows\system32 > get on with it, overwriting if necessary. Re-start.

    1 - this one accident was linked to Redlight. sys with description BufferZone Kernel Module is a driver file of the BufferZone belonging to BufferZone product company.  That needs to be removed (at least for testing)

    2 - cumon
    Associated cumon.sys driver filter system provider (R) Win 7 kit Windows DDK CRCMon (it's a minor issue)

    3 - cmuda.sys related to cmuda.sys C-Media Audio Driver (WDM). YOURS IS 2002

    -Google search for the name of the driver
    -compare Google results with what is installed on your system to determine on what device/program, it belongs to
    -Visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware or program to get the latest drivers (do not use Windows Update or Device Manager Update Driver function).

    It sounds like the hard drive may have failed, so first try the procedure below to see if you can save your files.

    A possible way to try to recover your files from a disk non-boot is to follow the process described in the link below.  The CD of the Ubuntu operating system you create can launched from the CD alone (IE it doesn't have to be installed on the hard drive) and I've often found to successfully extract data even a hard failure.  When you created the CD, follow the instructions and see if you can save your existing files.
