Error code 80070643 while installing updates Office 2013

Hello

When I try to install the recent batch of Office 2013 updates, Windows Update returns the error 80070643. After some research, I found that this error code refers to Office 2003 on Windows 7 updates. However, this does not match my problem, because I'm under 8 64-bit Windows that is a recent installation.
I would appreciate your help.
Concerning
Peter

It seems that the solution is to uninstall and reinstall Office 2013

See this thread:

http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/windows_8-windows_update/cant-install-Office-2013-updates-either-through/32533120-4F56-43b5-986c-4048ae0da580?page=2

If you decide to uninstall then reinstall Office 2013, make sure you have the installation media product codes and handy.

    Hello

You upgrade to Office 2010 or did you do a fresh install?

KB982158 is an update of security for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007. As you have already installed Office 2010, you don't need this update.
I suggest you remove all components of Office 2007 from the computer, including add-ins for Office 2007 from the control panel
and see if that fixes the problem.

    Follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, then Control Panel.
    2. click on programs or features.
From here you can remove office 2007 and its components.

Refer to this link for help:

I also want to mention that if you get the same error code when installing other updates, you can then follow the steps in the items listed
in my previous post. You can perform the steps of Vista on the computer Windows 7 from the first link. Also since the second link may be made
    on a Windows 7 computer.

You can also post the question in the Forums of Microsoft Office for assistance.
