  For now, the only method that works to fix this whenever a new version (Windows 7 64-bit) problem is released is as follows:

  1 uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop

  2. download and run the cleanup tool Adobe CC (against Creative cloud only)

  3. manually delete the folder Adobe\Adobe creative cloud under Program Files (x 86) - I noticed that, sometimes, there are several files with the same name that ends with a different version number. In any case, the cleaning tool is not clean a lot, apparently, since it's not even delete the folder of the program itself.

  4. manually clean the registry of all references to Creative Cloud Desktop

  5. run CCleaner

  6 reboot

  7. download and run the installer of creative cloud before running anything else.

  For a while know, I tried to install and to uninstall some programs (LogMeIn Hamachi, Sony Vegas Pro, etc.) every time I get error codes 2502-2503.  I googled around, and it seems that none of the solutions on these forums, or anywhere else, works.  I managed to find a code that gave me the 'run as administrator' back when I right click of msi, and that fixed my problem with installing programs.  But I can not uninstall many programs.  I'm trying to uninstall Sony Vegas Pro, but it gives me this error.  Can anyone help?

  The simplest solution is maybe just reinstall Sony Vegas Pro and then see if you can uninstall correctly.

  If you want to see what MSI files for what programs etc, either browse your folder C:\Windows\Installer (a hidden file and system) or type C:\Windows\Installer
