  It seems that you have a patch that is corrupted and it keeps trying to update each time. I suggest that you can back UP all your data. Here are some things you can try CHECKDISK, SFC SCAN and ChEKSUR.

  Select Properties

  To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of the laptop to see if their transceiver works with the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. In addition, ask the manufacturer adding devices using the Microsoft Bluetooth stack. If the device Microsoft included its own transmitter/receiver, you may need to use the Microsoft transceiver for this problem.
