On my newly purchased Mac, I can't download E-Books. Still: Error "E_ACT_NOT_READY." But when I try to turn off my Adobe ID (under 'Help', it is not possible. It's always the solution: try again later. ?????

Looks like you have a problem with the Adobe Digital Editions software. You have followed all the steps of troubleshooting under E_AUTH_NOT_READY in this document: Errors of Activation? Since you can not turn off via the Help menu, you can try to circumvent the activation error accessing the user/Library/Application Support / Adobe / Digital Editions and dragging the activation.dat file in the trash (step 5 in the linked document). Restart the ADE and attempt to reauthorize.

It depends on what products are - can tell you which? If they are products of creative cloud then Yes, you can use either platform (or both) for a subscription to creative cloud. If they are produced Creative Suite, so it becomes less likely. If they are produced CS6, you can request a one time platform swap.

-You can create a new Adobe ID with the country using another email address
-If you prefer to use your current email address please contact Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/in/contact.html who can help you
Make a change to your existing ID which will allow you to create a new ID with the original e-mail address.

> Disable all Antivirus software like Norton, McAfee etc temporarily from the computer Mc.
Reboot and try to install in the new active Admin user account and check again.

You can uninstall the drivers from Device Manager and try to install the latest versions to check the issue.
If the problem persists, try to install the software of the browser in compatibility mode and see if that fixes the problem.
