  • Is it possible to have full control for all users in the directory/files/registry?

    Can I have a lot of control (read, write, change) my specific file / registry for all users, you have any program or script for this reason?

    as 'cacls '. Because I can't use cacls.

    is it wrong?

    C:\>Cacls "program * Files\NETAS" / c/r users: «F»»»

    Displays or modifies access control (ACL) of the files lists

    CACLS filename [/ t] [/ e] [/ c] [/G user: permission] [/R user [...]]

    Perhaps you could elaborate a little bit on "this command is not running"...  What happens when you try?

    I'm not knowledgeable about Windows 7, but Windows XP, I found the registry permissions must be put in a file.  So in your example, you can create a file named "z.txt", and in this file, you put the line:
    [1 5 7 17] \registry\Machine\Software
    Then call you the command line:
    Regini z.txt

  • A new attempt of an individual doesn't have a process task for all users of the IOM

    Hello

    We use IOM 11.1.1. One day, one of the systems was not available so all tasks in process for this system failed for a number of users. Is it possible to view the task process has failed and retry them together, there are more than 3000 users and it is not possible to pass by one by one.

    Any method via the console or programmatically do would be very useful.

    Thanks in advance.

    The ITO table has all the rejected task information. You can use it to bind to the user and the instances of the resource through the table Ouedraogo as well.

    You can then take the SCH_KEY and then use code like this to deal with them:

    public void completeTask() {}
    task of long [] = new [long] {123123,3242134,23432,43534,34656,456456};
    int counter = 0;
    for {(clé: travail très long)}
    try {}
    counter ++;
    provIntf.retryTask (key);
    System.out.println (counter + "|" + task.length);
    } catch (Exception e) {}
    }

    }
    }

  • How to create a shortcut for all users during installation

    Hi people,

    We have a desktop application that is distributed with Java Webstart and works on Win7 machines. Initially, users all connected using a connection by default, so creating shortcuts was not a problem. Now, because of new networking strategies, each user has his own connection.

    The problem is that the shortcut to the application is created in the user profile (for example "C:\Users\JohnDoe\", so that other users in the same machine can not run the application unless he or she installs the application again.)

    Is there a way to create this shortcut for all users using JNLP API or configuration in the xml file?

    If anyone has need of the solution: during installation I save the jnlp file in a directory accessible to all the world and then start the application using "javaws path\to\file.jnlp". • Adobe Error 1303.  The installer has sufficient privileges to access this directory:

    Adobe Error 1303.  The installer has sufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Programs Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0 when you try to update Adobe Reader 10.01 on a Windows 7, 64-bit machine.  What I found is that once I have let Adobe Updater download updates, the 1.0 folder is created under the ARM.  As long as I don't start the update, I can access this folder.  Once housing starts to update, if I try to access this folder I get an access denied message and the installation is defective with the 1303 error message.  I tried to make me the owner of the folder, try KB947821 running, turned off the firewall and close UAC, none of them running.  My guess is that there is a problem with the update itself changing the security.

    Someone has other ideas beyond to wait for the next update, that will hopefully work better than this one?

  • When you try to upgrade, get error that I don't have sufficient privileges

    I am trying to install the upgrade on my imac. When I move the firefox icon to my folder of the application, I get an error message:
    you don't have sufficient privileges. I have full administrative privileges on this machine

    If he has problems with the update or the permissions then simpler is to download the full version and trash the version currently installed to do a clean install of the new version.

    Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the file on the desktop disk image (dmg)

    • Trash the present application Firefox to do a clean (re-) install
    • Install the new version you downloaded

    Your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re) install Firefox.

    Hi John,.

    1. Since when are you facing the issue?

    2. you have any security program installed on the computer?

    3 did you a recent software or changes to the material on the computer?

    Method 1:

    I would say allowing you to run the FIXIT from the link provided and check if it helps.

    Solve problems with programs that cannot be installed or uninstalled

    http://support.Microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall

    Method 2:

    I also suggest to try to run the System File Checker scan on the computer. The scan will replace all the Windows files corrupted with new ones.

    Click on the link mentioned below for further guidance on the scanning of the file system Checker

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Method 3:

    I also suggest you to run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check for infections.

    Hi Sreevasthava

    I suggest you perform the upgrade in-Place on Windows 7, this would help you to solve the problem without losing any data or application.

    How to perform an upgrade on the spot on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2008 R2.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2255099

    Note: before you perform an upgrade in-place, you must be prepared for the worst scenarios that led to your existing data on your computer being deleted. These data include data personal, settings, information about the hardware and software drivers. In case of a worst case scenario, you may have to reinstall all the programs. Make sure that you back up personal data to disks or other external storage devices before performing an upgrade on the spot.

    I hope this helps.

  • Not enough disk space to complete this installation. Error code: U44M1P31

    Windows 7 laptop. Drive C (main road), drive E (Tools), G Drive (external drive). Suite Adobe CS5 for web design. Updates for adobe want to go in the tools folder in drive E. Error Message for all of the updates is not enough disk space. Of course, there is not enough disk space because it is a small partition of drive C drive. I don't know why or how the default for adobe updates is to drive E. I don't know where the properties are to change that. Adobe says it's a matter of windows. I can't find a place that asks me where I want to save the updates in all adobe programs. I have my adobe programs on the G drive which is an external hard drive. I would like for the updates go to the G drive whose program is. Can someone help me understand why adobe wants to download updates of files in a folder he knows that he can not download on due to lack of space? Can someone help me solve this issue? Please and thank you!
    This is the error code I get "not enough disk space to complete this installation. "Error code: U44M1P31.

    I suspect that Win7 libraries (Documents) are quite large. Libraries of redirection to your external drive, the will of placeholder still apear under users but the actual data will be on your outside.

    Then uninstall your outside Adobe and reinstall to C

    Updates for programs or those windows update are installed in the folder temp of victory, there the update, then runs and installs in the records required of this program. Unless you fiddled with the settings of your victory and redirected the temp folder.

    I think your problem lies in the installation of Adobe on an external drive and the program Adobe (or at least its update module) is confused by the present.

    Using an external drive, especially the usb drive, to a use for which it was not designed is a main issue.

    Maybe ask Adobe support if they supported the installation of their program on an external, probably the usb drive
