error message - c:\windows\system32\spool\Drivers\w32x86\3\LXCItime.dll. How can I solve this problem
I need to solve this problem. I gues I accidentally deleted this article.
Hi richard burritt,.
1. When you receive the error message?
2. did you of recent changes on the computer?
3. do you have Lexmark printer connected to the computer?
The LXCItime.dll is the file associated with the Lexmark printer. If you receive the error message when printing using the Lexmark printer then I would suggest that you uninstall and then reinstall the Lexmark printer, check if it helps.

I get this everytime I try to print from my design program (Splash): error in C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\LXCItime.dll missing entry: lack of entry: RunDLLEntry It just started and I have not installed anything new.
Hello Lscherr,
Thank you for your message. To clarify, you are able to print out your design program? You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program. A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality. If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3. Hi, recently when I start my laptop I get the following pop-up message: lack of C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll entry: RunDLLEntry.
The only new program, I installed was a Lexmark printer, contacted Lexmark and with the help of a tech has established that the driver was installed correctly and it says that the pop-up message was a Windows problem.
that declares the message, it's that it can't find the file named: LXCItime.dll
According to the windows registry, which would have been changed and updated by lexmark software, the above file is saved in the registry, but it is not in the physical location on the disk.
my suggestion is to unplug the printer from the pc then uninstall the lexmark software, then restart.
Then, connect the printer to the pc and see if windows can automatically install the driver. If this isn't the case, then it will ask your lexmark cd or you will need to run the Add/Remove Hardware Control Panel and manually try to install the driver for it.

Hi albertdibley,
- You have a Lexmark printer connected?
If so, the error seems to be related for the Lexmark printer drivers.
I suggest you to uninstall the printer and reinstall with the latest drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.
Enter the number of the printer model in the following site to find drivers. Download and install the same.
