  Try to do a system restore: click on start, all programs, accessories, System Tools, System Restore.  Then choose the restore point from when itunes tried to install.  If this does not work, let me know and I can give you another way to do it.

  For the second question, here are some suggestions:

  Method 1: Uninstall & install Parallels tools

   

  NOTE: we highly recommend you make a backup of the virtual machine before you continue.

  a. start your virtual machine and cancel the installation of Parallels Tools Wizard.

  b. Click Start--> Panel--> Add / Remove programs and remove the Parallels tools in the list of applications.

  c. restart Windows.

  d. install the Parallels tools by clicking on the Virtual Machine--> install the Parallels Tools.

  Method 2: Uninstall antivirus software

  If the problem persists, try the following:

  Temporarily uninstall all the antivirus software to the virtual machine and repeat steps of the "Uninstall & install Parallels Tools" section above.

  Note: Don't forget to install the back antivirus software, once the problem is resolved.

   

  Method 3: Uninstall, clean & install Parallels tools

   

  Important: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly.   e. click the Windows 'Start' menu-> 'run' and type 'regedit'. Click OK.

  f. in the registry editor, go to "My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Parallels" and delete the heading "Parallels Tools" and go to "My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Parallels" and remove the 'Tools' section.

  g. restart Windows.

  h. now install Parallels tools in the 'VM' menu on the Parallels Desktop menu bar, while Windows is running.

  I got earthlink.net as a dial-up internet service and changed to netzero.net, so I decided to uninstall all software from Earthlink.  Everything uninstalled great, except for the Earthlink accelerator.  When I go into control panel > programs > earthlink Accelerator > uninstall I get an error message: cannot find INSTALL. LOG file.  I did a search as an administrator to INSTALL fond. Not and the LOG file to get anything.  How can I find this file so that I can uninstall Earthlink accelerator.  I'm very technically inclined but still can't find the problem.

  We will try to remove the registry key associated with Earthlink accelerator.

  Now, perform the following steps:

  Type regedit.exe in the Start search and press on enter.

  Go to the following location and delete the keys. (Also, note the location of the Earthlink accelerator installation file and delete them)

  Same thing here.  Looks like Windows did an automatic update during the night, and now nothing iCloud associated work (calendars, contacts, etc.)

  I also noticed that the error message: "could not load file or Assembly ' MOM." Implementation ' or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the specified file. "It started after restarting the Windows Update as well.  I imagine that the two are related in the same problem to iCloud.

  (1) have you made changes before the start of this issue?

  (2) have what program you tried to install?

  (3) you are able to install any other software on your computer?

  (4) what fix - it you try to run?

  This occurs if the filevbscript.dll runtime script is not properly registered in the system.

  Try the steps below and check if you are able to run the Microsoft fixit.

  a. click the Start button, type cmd. In the result of the research with the right button on cmd and select run as administrator.

  b. type cd %windir%\system 32 (Note: there is a space between the system and 32) and press ENTER.

  c. type regsvr32 vbscript.dll in the command prompt, and then press ENTER.

  d. type regsvr32 jscript.dll in command prompt, and then press ENTER.

  If the registration was successful, you should now see the following message is displayed:

  DllRegisterServer in vbscript.dll successful.

  e. now, try to run the Microsoft fixit.

He wanted to connect first with my Apple ID, so I did an Apple ID, but now it keeps giving me an error "this identifier Apple has not yet been used in the App store" and then it gives me the opportunity to cancel or "review". Click Cancel simply cancels the installation, just by clicking on review also cancels the installation.

  An ID is not necessary, but there is no way I can see to avoid it say the instructions on this page. It was suggested that maybe I could avoid the connection on the way to recovery, rather than recovery of the Internet, but the Cmd + R and Cmd + Option + R give recovery of the Internet. I don't see any way to get to the regular recovery.

  I had a suggestion to install from the disc, but I have not all discs. If I could download it from somewhere and burn them then that would be nice, but the instructions on this page are pretty clearly that it should not be necessary to use disks. I should be able to do without signing in.

  So... what upward with who? Where should I go from here? Is it possible to do a regular recovery? Or bypass the Apple ID thing?
