This has happened after I acquired a discount to purchasing application called «bsaving» Now I can't access control panel to uninstall the software.

Hello

(1) what exactly happens when you try to open Control Panel?
(2) what is the accurate and complete error message?
(3) don't you make changes on the computer before the show?

This problem occurs because of a missing or corrupted Rundll32.exe file. This problem can also be caused by a virus.

Method 1:
I suggest you try the procedure described in the article and see if it helps.

Same thing here.  Looks like Windows did an automatic update during the night, and now nothing iCloud associated work (calendars, contacts, etc.)

  • Group administrator cannot open Control Panel, Manager of tasks or access networked readers

    Hello

I have a little trouble getting one of our computers in the domain to cooperate.  We've added a bunch of user profiles of domain on this computer, all under the administrator group, but nobody except the local administrator can access network drives, open Control Panel and open the Task Manager.  Even our domain administrator cannot do the previously listed.  We have 3 other computers that use all the same members, and they are all very well, so I don't think that the question lies in group policy.  It's almost as if the local administrator group settings have been changed somehow?  I went into the local group policy and all settings seem correct.  I'm puzzled little at this stage.  This could be the cause of this problem?  What is a corrupt local administrator account?  For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you!

  • Cannot open Control Panel

    Original title: Control Panel

Windows XP; I think there a newer version through updates with service pack 3 installed.

I can't add or remove programs; access to cheque accounts or user control panel system, whenever I try, I get the following error.

I don't know how to rename. When I try to search for it, it comes up with nothing. It is as if it is lost or dumped and I don't know how to get it back. Do I have to have this file in particular?

I can't even format my hard drive and reinstall Windows XP

(Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe'.  Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button and then click Search).

When you try to open a control panel applet, you see a message like this:

    Control Panel
Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe '.  Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.  To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search.

As the rundll32.exe file is one of 3498 Windows File Protection files handles, should never be missing.

If the file is actually missing, it was probably quarantined (actually deleted) programmatically your antivirus or anti-malware not specified that you use.

You can look in the c:\windows\system32 folder and see if the file is actually missing or not, and if you find that it is missing, you must replace it somehow.

Despite the repeated Microsoft committed advice of 'experts' Support Engineer to run the System File Checker, run sfc/scannow won't help you and it does not replace the missing file.  That's not what sfc/scannow does it's not how it works and it's not what it is for.

    Here's what works :

I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

You can download it and when you do, place a copy of the file in these folders (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):

    c:\Windows\System32
c:\Windows\System32\dllcache (this is where XP keeps backups of important files).

Here is the link to my SkyDrive and you can get the file you need here:

    https://SkyDrive.live.com/?CID=6a7e789cab1d6f39&ID=6A7E789CAB1D6F39! 311

When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.

You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension.  You do not want to use a file called rundll32 when the name of the file should really be called rundll32.exe (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.

You then put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.

  • Cannot open Control Panel Test VISA in Measurement & Automation Explorer

With the help of Visa OR Measurement & Automation Explorer. Select the devices and Interfaces and select my device. The Test Visa Open Panel is grayed out and is not available. Some tools-> NI - VISA-> VISA Interactive Control, and the following error message appears-"unable to start the program because it lacks cvirte.dll form your computer." Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "I reinstalled the driver NI-VISA and the problem persists.

    Hi David,

I'm glad that you solved. It could be that the library file has been installed, but that it was somehow lost and unable to be found by measurement and Automation Explorer. A massive compilation could have located this file and placed in the expected folder. I'm curious to know if you did a search system for the library file? I know you have talked about doing one for the file in the document I linked to you. Whatever it is, I'm glad that you were able to get this working.

    Have a great day!

  • constantly reinstall XP, error messages, cannot open applications or get online

Whenever I turn off the computer, which is at night or when you don't use it, I have to reinstall XP from CD. It is very annoying to say the least. The office looks like the screen is in safe mode, but is not. I can't run any system, or take the line. The taskbar is white instead of blue.

When installing XP I get the following error messages:

1 GetRequestedRuntimeVersion procedure entry point could not be loaded in the dynamic link library mscoree.dll.

    2 - c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.050727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded.

I receive each message once... then message 1 pop up to 16 times and the message is 2 shows 1 time.

I tried to download one so-called fix others below, but it doesn't work anymore.

    http://social.technet.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/itprovistaact/thread/05c7720f-8b5c-441F-aea1-83213a30441c/

I'll try to upgrade to windows 7, but still, I get the above error messages. I would really appreciate the help.

Also, the speakers just stopped working when these problems started.

    Thank you...

    Hi EricLeonard,

Reinstallation of the operating system of Windows, or upgrade your OS on-site is a troubleshooting step extreme that you should only take if you fully understand the ramifications and risks involved. A relocation cannot solve the problem you are experiencing.

The two dll files you mentioned in your query is related to the .net framework.

    · What is the service pack installed on your computer?

    · What happens when you go online or open the application?

    · You receive an error message or error code?

    · What is the number and the model of the computer?

Determine the version of the .net framework is installed on your computer. You can check the link below:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318785

After loading the updates, I get this error "Couldn't OPEN XCOM" I can't open any programs or emails, does not open Firefox or IE. Have tried the system restore several times without a bit of luck, even that properly ends, begins to tear my hair out now.

You should not need to use windows, set up of the disks.

You only need to remove the Firefox program folder to make sure that all files are removed before installig a freshly downloaded version of the Firefox installer.

I have windows 7 ultimate with media player 12. I checked all my settings for the mediaplayer, but nothing seems to fix. Has anyone had the same experience and has managed to make operational mediaplayer? If so, please enlighten me.

    Hello

    ·        You have installed the drivers for the graphics card from nVidia?

Once you install the drivers for the graphics card, it automatically installs the nVidia control panel. If you had bought the graphics card, you may have been provided separately with a DVD, check also in the DVD provided with control panel map.

To download the latest drivers follow the link given below.

  • Error message occurs when I try to install the driver Realtek HD Audio on Satellite M70

Microsoft Bus driver should be loaded in your system before installing Realtek HD Audio Driver

This is the error message I got when I tried to install the original Realtek drivers! Removed/installed the new media center 2005 WXP, everything was fine, but the modem and sound, for the modem no problem but for the sound... (view) I even downloaded the new drivers on the internet and they WORKED!

But when I try next time to open my computer all the time, I get a blue screen then it stops? What's wrong? I have everything is original and I followed the step. What should I do?

    By the way, I had a Satellite M70 - 168 laptop.

    Hello

Someone get this similar error on OS s book and according to the information the Microsoft hotfix helps to sort.

Found this useful knowledge base article:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;835221

This document reviews for install the fix KB835221 but that is no longer officially available in dialogue with Microsoft technical support!
But don t worry buddy. The Google search is the key!
Try to search for this KB835221 hotfix and I m sure that you find the right one!

The UAA drivers needed in Microsoft documents are not included with XP SP2 or SP1, so it is a QFE handy to have around if you want to use more recent sound as the Realtek HD Audio cards.

PS: If the Q835221 did not help then you can also try the driver updated to Microsoft Q888111 article, which has 4 versions depending on your operating system and installed service pack.

    Good luck!
