  We do not know your code, and we do not have access either!  So, how are we supposed to know what a particular error message?  You can not save the ticket before you save the header entry is NOT an Oracle error, it's a validation error request that someone who wrote the API set.  We can only guess why you get it.

  Your API call should be to create a detail record and requires that you create a header record.

Could not locate the inbox.dbx file.

  Error number: 0x800C0133 = a corrupt Inbox.

  Move any message you want to save to a local folder that you create. (Like you did in the air) Then, remove the problem of Inbox as follows.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the box of Inbox.dbx and delete it. Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  If you want to downgrade to Windows 7, you'll first need to check if the manufacturer of your computer offer native Windows 7 drivers, otherwise you will need to think back to the computer and buy one with Windows 8 Pro to give you downgrade rights, buy a computer with Windows 7 installed (HP is running one day 4 for example on Windows 7 computers portable and desktop computers) , or learn to live with Windows 8. As to your question, try to run an automatic repair, or a refreshment resets the advanced form options. You don't mention your computer so I can not tell you how to access these services. See the manual of your computer or your computer factory support to find out how to access these functions.
