Error of built-in multimedia storage blackBerry Smartphones

I get a message "integrated multimedia storage is not accessible due to errors, you want to fix it now?"

When I press Yes and select built-in multimedia storage

the mobile freezes and does not answer

and when I try to format the laptop freezes and cannot answer.

Help, please

I do tech support for a life and the next step, I would have a client to do is check the liquid damage indicator. Your phone sounds like it may have been wet. And believe me no customers I never talked to remembers a time where they got the phone wet but of course, the sticker is red or orange. Also, call your service provider and find out if you have a Service Center for your phone.

    Hello Drgnh

    Welcome to http://supportforums.blackberry.com/

The JVM 102 error occurs when one or more files COD, either from an application or the operating system itself, are damaged as a result an immediate stop of all processes in the BlackBerry Smartphone is generated, preventing the loading of the operating system boot sequence.

The BlackBerry software should update the phone.

Search and download your OS and everything above applies

    By sdgardne

    However, here's what I propose...

The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

    (1) make sure you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find complete instructions via the link in my sig auto below. (It's probably debatable given the errors you have... it is likely that your data are already parts of your device, which means that you must now rely on a backup you took before that happened.)

    2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

    (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

    (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

    • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

    5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

You can also study the use of BBSAK (bbsak.org) to perform the wipe what he is capable.

You can also try the "skeleton OS Reload procedure" in an attempt to circumscribe the precise causal element:

    1. Load your OS "bare bones"... If everything is optional, do not install it.
    2. If the behavior is immediately, then try another OS with step 1
    3. If the behavior does not immediately, then run for as long as necessary to make you to be sure that the behavior will not occur.
    4. Add one more thing - no matter how tempting, one.
    5. If the behavior does not immediately present, and then runs for long enough to be sure he won't have the same problem
    6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all things are responsible or the behavior presents

When the behavior shows up, you know the culprit... the last thing you have loaded.

If the behavior doesn't re-present, then you know that step 1 or 2 cured it.

If the behavior has anything, then you have probably a problem of material level for which no amount of OS or software can heal.

You may also use these tips:

If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

  • Multimedia sync blackBerry Smartphone error - has encountered a problem

I have an 8330 upgrade, my Desktop Manager V4.6 and V4.3 running on the BB.  I'm trying to get MusicSync to work, but I get an error whenever I goto to run it upward.

"MusicSync has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.  If you are in the middle of something, information that you worked may be lost'

    Congratulations if you can help.

    You just solved your problem.

Media manager and Media do not move or transfer itunes, sync that are protected by DRM. You will see little red locks on them

in media sync. BlackBerry won't play them even if you were to go there. There is iTunes that are not DRM, but they cost more.

Now, I don't know anything about but I know not if you Google you will find supposedly free apps that will remove the DRM of the

songs. (It's what I hear anyway).

    Which explains both your problems.

Cough cough cough (limewire), excuse me...

    Thank you

    Please solve the message ok?

  • Error connecting to the Terminal for blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

    I have a BB 8100, Desktop manager 4.6.

The synchronization work properly 3-4 weeks ago.

Today, when I tried to sync, I got this error message:

    0 x 80040fb3

I tried debug it using the procedure of changing family name, first name, etc... without success

I tried several times to synchronize again but without success.

Now, the situation is even worse!

New message when I connect my BB to my computer. When I run the Desktop Manager, I have the following error:

"Error connecting to the Terminal. Make sure that your device is connected properly, and then try again.

I can't not try to synchronize!

It is very strange, it's never happened before.

However, Desktop Manager recognize my BB, I can read on the button to the left of the screen: Terminal connected (Pin code) recognized xxxxxx.

    HELLLLP!

    Thank you

    You know what?

I just read another post suggested.

They simply offered to take off from the Blackberry battery and put it again.

Then I tried to sync and IT WORKED! I can't believe! I tried a lot of complicated stuff!

1 month for this problem! (with this simple solution!)

Hope that now, everything will be ok!

  • Error when setting up the calendar blackBerry Smartphones

I am running XP, DM4.5 with a BB8310. I am trying to set up outlook express on the BB calendar. I'm going to 'configure sync on my office program settings' choose "calendar" and then select microsoft outlook (outlook express is not an option in the list), then I click on "next". I get a micorsoft outlook connector error window that says: "a default profile could not be found" I can't find where to set up this profile. Without this, the calendar does not work. How can I configure this profile he's looking?

Well, I feel like a noob. I've recently switched to Mozilla Thunderbird. So I saved the data in a comma-delimited file. Then, I was able at the SNYC and import the file. It took the updated file, but there were a few errors in the log. It does not recognize the format of the time. Here is an example of the error.

READ "" the "Start Time" field has a value not valid '09:30 '. ""

The time field 'End Time' has a value not valid '18:00 '.
A default value will be substituted.

Updates are not displayed in the BB. I'll browse the forum to see if this applies. Sorry to be a noob, lol.

It seems like the "Set ring tones/alerts" funtion had been blocked.
Everyone would like to share with the way to solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Hi JSanders,

    Thank you for the information.

I tried all methods to correct the prior agreement of the problem to post my question on this forum.

in any case, I solve the problem right once I confirmed my message, but I still have to make some additional adjustments to the device.

It seems that the problem occure once I upgraded my OS to the latest version, even if it was recommended.

    I solve the problem of

1 data backup using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

    2. unplug the unit of BB to the computer.

    3. go to the main Menu > Options > Security Options > General settings

    4. press the Menu button, then press on wipe Handheld.

    5. the device to initialize and wait for the device to restart and idle.

    6. connect the device to the computer and synchronize data.

    7. setting of parameters which is not covered by the backup process.

    8. now the machine works fine.

Once again, I thank again, you & best regards.

  • Multimedia transfer blackBerry Smartphone problems

I am trying to put music on my new 2 GB microsd card and having problems.  When I connect my camera to the computer that he asks me if I want to turn on mass storage mode, which I answer Yes.  However, the Media Manager does not recognize that this mass storage mode and it won't let me put music on it.  I also know, you can just click and drag it directly into my computer under devices with removable storage.  However, when my device is connected it shows that it is connected but when I try to move the music into the folder it says please insert a disk into the drive.

To make all the more confused, I got everything to work right once, but had the same problems before and several times after that it worked properly.

    Any suggestions?

You have formatted the card first?

  • Multimedia games blackBerry Smartphones bar / its stuck on the main screen

I can't figure how to get rid of this bar on my main screen.  Any suggestions?

    Hello!

A battery pop reboot should do the trick. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait about a minute and then insert the battery and replace the back cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long long long restart the process. See if things return to normal. Like all computing devices, a restart may be a healthy thing.

But it has not solved the problem.  Past of 35 min. with the support of e, and just before we wiped the phone we tried something.

Go into Office Manager upper-backup - advanced - and allowed the messagess in database.

    That solved the problem.
