  I have an iMac that is 2005 - according to me. 1 TB, 4Gb, upgraded to Core 2 Duo.

  By turning the Mac on the logo Apple appears and the wheel turns - and that's all.

  I tried all the boot options like shift, C, T, command-R + P, etc etc and get still everything is the same. (after the sound of ding). I also took the drive and connected to an external caddy and then my Macbook Pro via USB. I can see all the files fine. Only, it does not start within the Mac. I'm afraid I don't remember which version of Mac OS X, it is sorry, but that's all that the last date and maximum was for this computer with core 2 duo.

  A 2005 iMac can't run Mountain Lion, which is the community in which you posted your question. It could either be a Core 2 Duo because they were not established until 2006.   I had a F4580 without the installation disk.    So far, I failed to install it on two computers.

  1. I tried to install the driver version on a Dell XP 4150 14.1.0.   I follow all the steps of the statement, I do not connect the USB cable too soon.
  I do not use a hub, the USB cable and the plug are ok with other devices.
  There is no other printers.   Usbmon.dll is in the registry.
  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver once.   I also tried HPPSdr.exe.

  Nothing helps.   The system does not find the printer over USB.

  2. else I need a previous version of the driver software.   In another thread someone said, he did install under windows 2000.    Nobody knows, what version supports windows 2000 and maybe a link where I can download it?   If I knew the number of the version, I can buy an old installation somewhere disc.

  Yes they care but I really like to help all the way to the end.  In this case, you are right because they accumulate previous drivers to work with those current and according to the date that the printer has been released may also determine how long they hold on the compatibility of this driver with older operating systems.  In addition, after 5 years, some things on the website simply into disuse.

  This is a Deskjet 990 c driver for Windows 2000.  This is a Deskjet 6980 driver for Windows 2000.  You can download both at least one of them should work.  Let me know if that helps you at all!

• Cannot get data author and the title for the pdf files display in the Explorer of Windows 7

  How can I get Windows 7 explore to display the author information and the title for the pdf files?  I can get columns to display for the author and the title of information, but they are empty and when I click it, I get the message "not specified."   I use Acrobat to create and read pdf files.  Pdf files, I create include the author and title information in the metadata, so I know the information are here. When I used Windows XP, I could hover over a pdf file and metadata would leap upward with the author and title, but Windows 7 does not display no information in the pop up more than Tpye/size/update even if the metadata author data and the title has been entered.

• Update CC 2014 on the Mavericks. Now, I get the message "your computer restarted due to an error". When I try to reboot, my macbook freaks out and the screen goes black or I get pink and blue pixels. Help!

  uninstall all cc, clean by use the CC cleaning tool to resolve installation problems. CC, CS3 - CS6 and then restart your computer.

  If that solves the problem, install the application of cc, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps desktop | CC free trial Adobe

  Test your computer again.

  If no problem, install a program of cc using the desktop application.

  Restart your computer.

  If no problems, proceed with the installation of programs cc.
