Read the messages and follow the procedures established by the MVP of the spirit in the following thread on the Blue Screen of Death.  They should help you solve your problem. http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistahardware/thread/8cd8362e-7d06-46fb-afd7-84d54b6a8ea7.  Yes, they are long, but an error of bluescren of attachment is not an easy process.  The most likely cause is a hardware or driver problem but it can also be caused by software as well).

Please post the EXACT message and FULL of bluescren (inxluding all codes) and maybe we can track down the problem and come up with a solution.  The information you gave is not to do.

If she mentioned as a possible problem of RAM, we will test your RAM.

You can test your RAM to http://www.memtest.org/.  If it fails, test each piece individually to find those who are bad and replace.  If it passes, the RAM is probably OK.

Thank you and I look forward to your response to questions above and requests for information as well as an update following your progress steps in the thread lined above blue screen resolution.

Good luck!

    Hello

Update your driver, BIOS and any software of control and then work through the troubleshooting services
    above if necessary.

Could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and
Sites of the manufacturer of the device.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

BCCode: 8th 0x0000008E is the same as 0x1000008E

    Cause

Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0 x 80000002: STATUS_DATATYPE_MISALIGNMENT indicates that an unaligned data reference was encountered.

    • 0 x 80000003: STATUS_BREAKPOINT indicates that a breakpoint or ASSERTION was met when no kernel debugger was attached to the system.

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. In addition, disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the system startup service using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation.

You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS

    Hi emikikmybenisa,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) remember to make changes to the computer?

Error message Stop is normally caused due to hardware problem. I suggest you try the following steps:

Step 1: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...) Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

Step 2: You can follow the steps mentioned in the articles below which deals with a similar question

This is the error message that I receive on my Dell - any help?

It can help to look at the files minidump against accidents with a debugger.

Can you zip the minidump in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder files and (provide link) available via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?

The following link has information about the use of Windows Live SkyDrive:

    http://social.technet.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02dB-4665-993a-08d865088d65

If you have problems to compress the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the desktop

In addition, you do not necessarily have compress the minidump files, you can download one at a time.

    Hi GeorgeKnight1,

Try the methods below and see if it helps.

    Method 1

Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) drives, etc.) except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue. Then download software updated driver for the device.

    Method 2

Try to start in last good known Configuration and see if you can start very well.

Using the last good known Configuration

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/is-is/Windows-Vista/using-last-known-good-configuration

    Method 3

If the problem persists, I suggest you perform a startup repair and check if it makes a difference.

In addition, you can do a System Restore the Windows Recovery Console.

    It will be useful.

My computer has been reformatted recently, due to a virus to its original configuration, using the disks that came with the compture.  To restore the application software, I noticed, every so often as a blue screen of death appeared.  I turned off and restart.  The computer came fine.  After a couple days the problem happened again.

I went to the Microsoft website and they said that McAfee has isolated an operating system file and rename the file etc etc.  I contacted McAfee and they carried out an audit and said that the problem is with Microsoft and to communicate with them.

I read that a driver could be the cause of the problem, but which driver?

All software loaded has been loaded before, and I don't have this problem.

I also ran the Dell diagnostic hardware and it came out fine.

    Any help out there?

This decision generally indicates a hardware or driver problem.

Have you installed the updates driver Dell, specific to your model, or you allow MSUpdate install drivers?

  • Blue error screen: STOP 0x0000007E (0xC0000006, 0x826163AF, 0x8881AA30, 0x8881A72C), after windows update.

[added 24.02.] I have Norton 360 version 2.0 is installed in my laptop. Is the version of Vista SP1 (could be SP2 in any case, it's the lates awailable), Home premium if I remember correctly (how to check it for laptop computer unbootable!) No other Defender running in the laptop. ADSL modem has fireware which is activated.

No other fancy sw... ITunes, office 2007, Ovi suite.

Quote your full version of Windows (for example, WinXP SP3;) Windows XP 64 - bit SP2; Vista SP1; Vista 64 - bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64 bit) when you post in a forum or a newsgroup. Please do it in your next reply.

What application or antivirus security suite is installed and your current subscription?  What anti-spyware (other than Defender) applications?  What third-party firewall (if applicable)?

A (another) Norton or McAfee application has already been installed on the computer (for example, a free trial version which is preinstalled when you bought it)?

  • Satellite Pro A200GE-1F9 may not resume from standby or hibernation with SP1

    Hello

    Details of the laptop: [my laptop: http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/jsp/SUPPORTSECTION/discontinuedProductPage.do?service=UK&BV_UseBVCook ie = Yes & PRODUCT_ID = 131911]

I recently used Windows Update to install SP1 vista on my laptop, but since this installation I can't resume from standby or hibernation. (Service pack has successfully installed - according to Windows anyway).

At the resumption of his sleep, I get a blank screen.

    During the recovery from Hibernation, I receive a STOP error message: + Stop 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x82F11020, 0x9A9D9714, 0x00000000) + caused by * Classpnp.sys*.

After checking these forums, I have seen that Toshiba does not support SP1 + what is accurate? +

+ * If so when/how we will notify when Toshiba released a "patch" for compatibility Vista SP1? I'm guessing that via personnel TEMPO? *. +

Before installing SP1, I installed all the updates (from Microsoft and Toshiba) and had no problems; all the drivers are up to date.

Thanks for any answers in advance.

I guess that this happens because of a problem of compatibility between some pilots and SP1

    > After checking these forums, I saw that Toshiba does not support SP1 is that correct?
    Yes it's true.

    > If Yes, when and how will notify us when Toshiba released a "patch" for compatibility Vista SP1? I'm guessing that via personnel TEMPO?
I think that there should be information on the Toshiba driver page, support page or we will receive some information of Toshiba through applications of Tempo.

A few days ago I reinstalled the drivers from the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650. Looks like there is no new version of 8.634.1.0. But still I have re-installed. The pilot was on the Toshiba site. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. After 2 days without problem, problems began again to present with the same frequency (and violence).

If anyone can help? There may be a newer version of ATI mobility Radeon? But on the site Web of ATI, radeon mobility provider looks like that there are no compatible version.

I assume you mean this thread:
    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/message.jspa?MessageID=257343

The BCCode: 116 could be related to the graphics card driver.

I found this thread from another user with a similar BSOD problem:

Please check if the use of the common graphics card driver that is part of the win 7 would solve your problem.
