  My husband has a laptop computer with windows 8 and I have a laptop with windows 7, we can share each other files or photos. Is there a way to share our files and images? What is the problem is two different windows before carpet?

  Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

  Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

  Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

  the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps.  and probably more in the future.

• My computer won't start in safe mode. When I select "start windows normally", it always starts in safe mode.

  I tried the free space on my hard drive, running antivirus and do the system restore.

  It does not always start in Normal mode.
  1. Close all running programs and open the windows if you are back on the desktop.
  2. Click on the Start () button.
  3. In the search box of the Start Menu () type msconfig and press enter on your keyboard.
  4. The System Configuration utility will open and you will see a screen similar to the one below.

     Click the Startup tab.

  5. You will now be on the screen start as shown below options.

     Make sure the checkbox Start secure is off

  6. Press the apply button, then press the OK button > Restart, etc..
  7. You can also get there by click Start > programs > Accessories > run > type in: msconfig > OK > takes you to the foregoing

  Every morning now when I start my laptop, it always to start and stay on a blank black screen.

  I held down the power to turn the machine off, then turn on again so that it lights correctly so I can see anything.
