  The problem seems to be the site of BC. I suggest you try to publish to a new site and see how it goes.

  When you click file > publish in British Colombia, in the box pop up, you get an option to click on option and select the site publish to .

  Please look at the screenshot below.

  

  If you don't see the correct site in the Site name and then click Options , then select the correct site publishing article.

  If you don't see the correct site in the list, check to see if you are scorched in Muse and CC app with the good Adobe ID who may visit the site you want to publish.

  If that help not so let me know the URL of the site that publishes muse and the URL of the site you want to publish to.

  It's really two different questions for two different products. I'll pass this on the forum of Business Catalyst so that they can get your problem immediately solved first.

  Regarding connection problems, I always find that if you use twitter to message @AdobeCare on behalf of the problems. Usually the fastest response.

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert a HTML .muse file and files on the server. As Muse can only read .muse file only option is to re-create the site referring to the live site you have.

  In the future but I advise you to keep a back up of your file to muse on a cloud as creative cloud server so that you can recover the files of Muse in the case of another accident or loss of data.

  I am a novice in computers, but also Web design, so I signed up for creative Cloud for our Web site design churches.  I really love Muse for design, but it is frustrating that there is so little opportunity to get questions answered quickly.  I even subscribe to TrainSimple.  It's a good overview, but little support for issues.  I know that creative cloud is huge and likely most people use other programs and more, but anyone know where I can go to get direct responses?   I have problems with the design of the tab.  When I saw there is a large grey vertical shade along the right side of the image. I think it must have something to do with the size of the property of the original page, but I'm following what is suggested.

  Please follow the forum for the same 403 error problem

  This is because of two main reasons

  1. You go over the limit to add the shapes of the muse in the site.
  2. You are not allowed to publish the site from the address you are connected to the application (cloud Creative)

  If you can't find the resolution with the above forum thread, I will suggest you to please send me the link of Web site that you want to publish the file to muse.

• Catalyst for business published no reusable subdomain

  During the development of my first site of Muse, I used a number of temporary sites in British Colombia for the live test with the customer. Once everyone was happy, as then it was published to their server using FTP. After having been set up correctly, I then went on BC and deleted all test areas (which have been blueapplenn.businesscatalyst.com - where nn = 01-05), as I did yesterday.

  The customer is very happy with the new Web site that I started working on Mk II so I tried to use blueapple01 (02) - when I publish everything Muse works very well and I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs while he will post, but the problem is that I can't get on the website (http://blueapple01.businesscatalyst.com/index.html) according to the browser the server is not found. I tried a name which I had not used it before, and it worked very well now.

  So, it seems that BC is holding to the old subdomain definitions somwhere?

• Problem: The button States works perfectly in preview mode; It does not work when published through the source of catalyst for business.

  I tried every way I know to create a button States in Adobe Muse CC 2015.  It works perfectly in preview mode, but it does not work effectively when published on a web site using the Business Catalyst (filename.businesscatalyst.com) process.  The problem, in my view, is that the text used in the button does not accept state changes.  I tried every workaround that I think might work, but nothing seems to work.  I even deleted the Business Catalyst site and then he came again, but it does not work.  Any information on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

  I think I found my problem.  My original links have been on the "master" page  When I placed a link on a page of content object, Business Catalyst was able to translate the code correctly.  It is a disappointment because I need to duplicate objects on the pages, but at least it works.

  Thanks for the reply, however it seems to work again after I removed some unused Dreamweaver sites in the section "manage sites" in Dreamweaver.  It may have been a conflict of name or something.
