Error when you try to access my library in CC saying "unable to connect to the server.

I get an error when you try to access my library in CC saying "unable to connect to the server" - is there a solution? I can view them on the web app, but can't access it when I open Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe programs. Help, please! The error appears when I hover over the icon to the left of the trash.

Please, try the following steps:

  • Close all applications CC
  • Complete the process monitor activity/task manager (CCLibrary).
  • Restart any application and check.

Hope that helps!

Kind regards

Are you using a 3rd party firewall or anti-spyware?

This is most probably the site causes the error, but you can try to reset your TCP/IP stack.

Start command - in the search box type-

at the top of the list to find COMMAND - CLICK RIGHT to it - RUN AS ADMIN

Type the following commands (or copy and paste one at a time), each followed by pressing on enter.

    nbtstat - RR

    netsh int Reinitialis

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset

    That resets your TCP/IP stack

  • I get a page not found error when you try to access the files of creative cloud with a browser?

The page will load and then get a page not found error. I can still access files using the office program and saying that they have synchronized. I tried to erase the cache, cookies and others, I've used other computers, browsers, and different browsers on different computers, clear the caches and data on establishments. I tried to change my password and log out, then log.

Nothing works, my guess is that it has a file corrupted in my archives or it's a server problem. (an admin may permanently delete all my files?, nothing to important there)

    Anything to help.

  • Cannot pass through the screen of iTunes 'music' when you try to access my library on the new iPhone 6 sec more

There's probably a simple answer here... but I can't get past the music screen so I can access my iTunes library.  The phone is brand new, and I thought I had done everything to implement.  Any ideas?

    Thank you.

Have you tried the settings > music > show Apple music > Off? If so, tap you my music in the lower left corner of the app music? If you have done these two, Force to restart the phone. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  • How is it that we still have the ssl_error_weak_server_cert_key error when you try to access the Linksys routers?

We had this error pop up in FF 32 and 33 and 34 FF fixed it. How is it that since FF38.1 returned error and even now with 40 FF, the error is still there. Why is no longer an exception option Add to these routers? Even some of the most recent always give this error.

You probably cannot update the key, but you can complain to Linksys.

  • "documents.library - ms" is no longer work error message displayed when you try to access files via the file browser, why?

I bought a computer window 8 in February of this year.  I use a lot of Word and Excel documents.  I don't know how I got hurt, but now I get the above error message.  Please someone know how to fix this?

I understand that you are getting the error documents. Library-ms' no longer works, when you try to access the files in the file Explorer.

You can try the following method and check if that helps resolve the issue.

Method 1: delete the document library.

    a. press the Windows key + E from the start screen.

    b. click on document library.

    c. Select Remove.

    d. click on Yes when it asks confirmation.

Note: deleting of a library does not delete the contents of the included folders. However, you need to add or include your folders manually, if necessary.

Method 2: you can follow the procedure to restore libraries.

    a. press the Windows key + E.

    b. right-click on the library.

    c. click on restore default library.

You can check the link for more information.
