Error window of detection of Interactive Services: path of the program: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe

on startup, I get interactive services detection window

Program or device attention requestion

Message title: C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe

program path: C:\Windows\SysWow64\cmd.exe

How can I fix it.

I did a clean boot, and then returned to normal

and I still get the error.

What should I do or how to find what is the cause of the error.

As much as I know there is no installation pending?

Hello

Because the question is not moved in a clean boot state, meaning that a program in normal mode gives you the error. I suggest opening this link, click on for more information, expand the Windows 7 and Windows Vista section. Now, go to step 6 and check the second point which says "If the problem does not occur, repeat steps 1 to 5 and select only half superior of the remaining check boxes that are cleared in the Service list.» Repeat these steps until you have selected all the check boxes. " try to do exactly the same thing and come back with the result.

Note: After troubleshooting, be sure to set the computer to start as usual as mentioned in step 3 in the above article.

Please post with the State of the question.

    Hi KostyKrew,

I understand how it could be frustrating when things do not work as expected. Please, I beg you, don't worry I'll try my best to resolve the issue.

Follow these methods and check if that helps:

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

Check if you have the similar problem in safe mode, otherwise you can try to put your computer to a State of clean boot in normal mode and check if it works:

Start your computer in safe mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2:

Follow the article to perform the clean boot on the computer:

Warning: After using the boot is a way to solve your problem step 3 follow-up to reset the computer to start as usual.

    Method 2:

I suggest you to download and run the latest Microsoft security on the computer Scanner and check if it helps:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Winservices.exe is not part of Windows, its share of the virus.

I would make sure that the virus is really gone and then perform the cleaning included here:

C:\Windows\SysWow64\CScript.exe appears whenever my computer starts. Is there a way to prevent that from happening?

    M. Shivkumar, I also encountered this problem, and after following the instructions given by Linney, I've isolated the problem to the boot service "CheckNDISPort", which was linked to the MTS MBlaze program on my computer. It is not a virus, nothing to worry about. You can stop this from happening by disabling the boot service called 'CheckNDISPort' in the tab, start the System Configuration utility. It is not to damage your computer if you keep it checked.

    Hi Benthoven,

You can try to run the disc, defragment, and see if it works. If it works, then you can ignore the message of C:\Windows\SysWOW64\defrag.exe.

    Step 1:

You can read the following article and try to run Disk Defragmenter.

    Hi DianeW,

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state of the link to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    (c) the System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    (d) click the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.

  • Error message - Oregon Trail ceased to operate and close the program.

Original title: Oregon trail 5th edition with vista.

I can't get my oregon trail to run on Windows vista. I already tried to change the way compatible mode to run on widows 98, but I always get an error message that the Oregon Trail has ceased to operate and close the program. Is there anything else I need to do to get the game to work?

Finally, I got the game to work to reverse the graphics driver to an earlier version, but which in itself was more trouble. I couldn't go back to the way it was before. I finally just installed pilot lasted, but now it doesn't let me roll back again to play the game.  When I searched on the internet, it seems there are several compatibility issues with playback on Vista Oregon Trail. Is it possible one could use the old view of play the game without messing around with my settings of the screen?

  • Cannot change the path to the program shortcut? Bad location targets after Regedit

    Hello.

I hope someone is able to help. I recently bought a new PC that I decided to run Windows 7 on once more, with a personal dislike for Windows 8.

The system is running 1 SSD for the OS and 1 HARD disk for other programs and files. Want to separate my OS from my HARD drive as much as possible, I searched these forums for a solution to allow me to place my Program Files and Program Files (x 86) on the HARD drive.

In doing so - I found a Regedit solution which involved editing Reg keys under %systemroot%\syswow64\regedit 2 - I changed the ProgramFilesDir and ProgramFilesDir (x 86) values so that they are now pointing my F drive on my C drive.

However, in doing so, I have found that although the programs install okay--when a shortcut is generated on the desktop and in the start menu, the path does not match the location of the files and rather oriented towards the drive C. I tried to go into the properties of the file itself and editing shortcuts so that they point to drive F - however support apply and okay - the path back to its previous C disk State , despite it clearly edition there are moments.

Anyone had similar? Is there a solution I'm missing at this point? I'd love to hear it!
