From the test to the deployment, the following error message appears: Error 1925: you don't have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log in as administrator and then try to install again. I have the MSIRequireElevatedPrivileges set to 0. Is there anything else I need to set to allow anyone to install this application? Thank you.

  Can you check by setting = 0 MSIDefaultInstallAllUsers? Make sure that you rebuild the package using build.bat

  Could if it please let you me know what software used to create the PDF file. What is the software Acrobat Live Cycle Designer or something else?

  If you have created the file using Live Cycle, then it would be possible that you do not have permission to add the header/footer in the file.

  In addition, check under "file > properties > Security" and check if there is no security on the PDF file.

  Program Files is a protected directory. If possible you create the working folder for the data in your user account instead. Is it possible in the options of the program the program in a directory of your user account?   I see that this problem is old enough but you (or others) may have problems with it. Here's what I did:
  -Got to your hard drive and right click on the folder that is causing all the trouble.
  -Click on properties.
  -Click on the Security tab
  -Then click on advanced
  -You will see a window with a few user names. Now click on owner in the tabs above.
  -Click on edit, then select the user name you want to open the folder and don't forget to tick the box that says "Replace the owner of subcontainers and objects", then click on apply.
  A pop will come which says something like "You have replaced the property for the selected records" or something in this way. It worked for me and I hope this post is helpful for some people.

  I encountered error "You don't have the appropriate access rights to perform this task" during its connection. I can't do other work after that.
  
  The mysterious thing is that when I tried to create another user with the same access rights, I do not encounter this error at all.
