  I agree with Dan.  It seems that you have a dimension attribute member in your POV and the size of the attribute's base in the grid.  Remove the size of the query attribute or remove the size of the application database.

  This is the first time happened in this environment and I already checked the free memory space and everything seems fine.

  I get the Essbase error 1200416 failed to assign objects [DOUBLE] of different length when you run this script with the M300 of value for the variable pVarMbr.

  Attribute 'ATT_M300' is associated with M3001, M3002 and M3003 members.

  'Variable' is a member of the dimension account. When I remove the part '-> "Variable'", the script runs, but obviously no results since the Member account is missing.
  I've read a lot of posts about this error but could not solve this problem.

  Is it possible that your function @MEMBER returns never really what anyone. You assumed that it works, but maybe it never works and it is only when you add the cross-dimensional operator, the question becomes obvious.

  for example if this does not work:

  Without cross Sun: 'Medium' = @MEMBER () * (("Sales"->"Month1+"Sales"->"Month2"+"Sales"->"Month3")/3);
  I'm not sure but maybe above returns something like #missing * (("Sales"->"Month1+"Sales"->"Month2"+"Sales"->"Month3")/3)

  With Lacrosse dim:
  "Medium '= @MEMBER ()->' Variable ' * (("Sales"->"Month1+"Sales"->"Month2"+"Sales"->"Month3")/3);
  Which I suppose would fail.

  You know what I mean? You could test this theory quite easy.

  You are certainly JPY exists in essbase application, go in eas and open the contour and check.
  There may be in the planning, but if it is not defined as a reporting currency, then there is in essbase.

  For business rules, I am using a macro that I declared a variable (VAR SS_Room_alloc);. When I do a validation on the Macro it validates without problem. When I go to run the commercial rule I get the error message 'cannot calculate. "Essbase Error (1012010): name of Variable Redeclare [SS_Room_alloc].
  
  You need to declare the variable (VAR SS_Room_alloc ;) in the rule of business or you put it in the macro using the variable? I've declared the variable and used in the calculations of the macro.
  
  Or y at - it known issues using the VAR command in macros?
  
  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

  Have you tried redéclarant the VAR in the host of HBR? It would be easy to test.

  I don't understand this error with any other rule. I checked the solution provided in this link

  If I hard code and run, I do not get this error. Help, please.

  The reason why it works when you hard code and why it does not use when the UDA is simply that you should never have a multiple responses in a dimensional cross. Function @UDA returns multiple responses. Although in your case he brings only one I think it fires the calculation. Worse if you are actually bring multiple responses for @UDA that certainly isn't going to work.

  I understand all your corrections above the calcultion to recommend the best possible solution. But at least you understand why you get the error and you have difficulty

• Essbase error 1130001

  I'm trying to recover an ad hoc report and getting Essbase error 1130001. I did understand what is the cause of error but not able to find a solution for this. There is a sparse dimension "HP", which has total 823 members and 549 stored
  
  members. The top level of the dimension member is stored and the descendants of rememing are marked as dynamic Calc.
  
  (Name of the Dimension) HP (stored) (Gen 1)
  
  A_1000 (Dynamic Calc) (Descendant of HP) (Gen 2) (sign of Consolidation +)
  
  B_2000 (Dynamic Calc) (Descendant of CV) (Gen 2) (Consolidation sign ~)
  
  So, there is much more to his descendants to Gen 2 so until he starts at level 0. If I recover the spreadhseet to the "HP" Member, I am able to reteive it but if I Reteive to A_1000 I get this error Essbase. My guess is it is error of memory and is there a way I
  
  can get rid of this error by increased cache size dynamic calc? If yes what cache settings should I increase and by how much?
  
  All my users are assigned security to A_1000 and I can't assign security to "HP" because it is the dimension name itself would be to assign administrator rights to access this member in Hyperion planning.

  Hi, I run a maxl command to import a file into an Essbase cube.  The Maxl command is on a remote Windows Server.  The file is on the Essbase server under a folder/interface/j_ntfc/DNTFC7/incoming/but I have error 1013295: fact file must be in a folder of Essbase app to be import? The command looks like this

  import the database server text data_file "/essbase_folder/ file.txt" app.database using Server rules_file 'ld_rule' on the error writing to ' F: / error_file';
