EULA before downloading the Application

Is it possible for users to be able to view the EULA before you start to download the app?

As far as I know that's not possible. What you can do, it is to make them read the EULA and accept it on the first time the application is launched similar to what RIM did with twitter and other native applications when run for the first time.
