Everything in the firefox browser flashes whenever I scroll, or if all goes on the webpage (videos flash for example, .gif). How can I stop this?

Since I installed Firefox 10.0.2 (which was about 10 minutes ago), a Web page I load starts flashing if no changes to its content.

Here are some examples: videos, Flash, Connections... same scrolling causes the entire page to Flash.

Right now, as I type this message, the text box will Flash each characters.

As you can imagine, it's extremely annoying.
