  I can't open the HP Solution Center to scan. When I try to open it I get a notification that all software is not installed. I ran Dr. scanning HP and all software installation downloaded and ran. Every thing is installed. Tried to open it to new and same result.

  Am going to the forum and found this update of windows 3132372 could be the problem. Checked and I do not have that update to uninstall.

  Because the HP Scan and Capture app can be a solution. Who has downloaded but it refused to detect my printer.

  I'm new here and have solved my problem. I searched back for centuries to help desks for similar problems and found a workthrough. It helps others in case... Open the main drive in windows Explorer, navigate to program files, click Hp digital imaging bin and find Hpiscnapp.exe and open it from there. It seems somehow reinstalling the scan option and now all is well.

  Problem: Solution Center fails to install - shortcut icon is present, but each time Center is launched, it tries to install a missing element, the applications disc.  This can be cancelled with 2-3 closures of the window installation and the request for the drive.  Printer and scanner can then be controlled form the screen with the mouse, but Center tries intermittently to install the missing module.  VERY ANNOYING.

  Hi people,

  I searched many threads and found some tips to remedy this, tried and had no chance.

  I am running Windows 7.  All updates are underway.  When I bought the printer, I installed the software (on Windows 7 OS) from the disc and everything was fine.  Fast forward a year and Solution Center has stopped working.

  Uninstalled all HP software to reinstall.  I could only reinstall HP Update.  I was able to load the basic print and scan drivers, but not following any software, including solutions Center.  Installation stops abruptly after "install updates".

  I even downloaded and tried "PS_AIO_06_C309g-m_USW_Full_Win_enu_140_175" and got the same result as the original installation disc.

  What can I do with my printer (HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One Printer - C309g)?

  I can't open the solution Center. My computer is doing some updates (Windows 10) a few weeks before. I tried to reinstall the software (C6200) for C6280 all-in-one at least 2 times and but it won't open. The driver are ok. I ran print and scan of the doctor, it's not shpw all bit errors. So, what's the problem?

  After that I made my post, I found the solution in another post.  I'll copy what I found.  This is not my original work.

  The problem is with the last Windows security update.

  Enter "view installed updates" in the search bar of windows left in Windows 10.  It will take you to an option in the control panel.

  Click the Option shown

  Select the "update of security for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372) highlight and then uninstall it.

  This should be all it takes.

  I just set the solution Center on my computer.

  Netflix is not released for Windows 7 and yet you should see it appear around the 22nd.  If you have installed the netflix for vista you'll want to uninstall.
