TypeError: this.oRoot.enable is not a function
This is popping up when I befor I open my browser,in a pop up box under the heading JAVA SCRIPT EXE. What is it, how do I get rid of it?
For me, this happened from disabling, but do not uninstall McAfee site Advisor. Recommend site completely uninstalled and the problem disappeared completely. I had turned off before site Advisor, but it seems after a update to McAfee, he was back and then turn it off again caused this problem.
Go to "uninstall a program" or "add/remove programs" in control panel. Find McAfee in your list (McAfee total protection for me). Click it and then click "Uninstall/Change" (right there in XP, up above in Vista or 7). I don't remember exactly what you see after that, but at one screen I was given the choice to uninstall the McAfee total protection and/or the Site Adviser. You can just check the Site Adviser and just uninstall the Site Adviser while retaining the rest of the McAfee protection.
Good luck!

I created a new computer yesterday that runs windows 8.
I downloaded Firefox, then added tree style tabs and colourful tabs after which I powered off for the night. Today on rebooting and opening up Firefox I find that I have a vertical grey bar between my tabs (and same width as them) and the Firefox page. There is no right click options within that large grey area - and of course it's pushing my pages off the right hand side of the screen. How do I get rid of this blasted thing?????? Pete
I had this problem, but it was because I had two tree Style tabs and Vertical both installed. Once I removed the vertical tabs, the gray bar went away.

In addition to the above pop-up message, sometimes I get the following:
[JavaScript application]
EXC in ev handl: error: Bad NPObject as private data! These pop - ups prevent me from doing anything on the computer until I close the window pop up, which is sometimes quite difficult.
Do you use the McAfee Site Advisor? It caused this message. Disable tab of the Add-ons Manager > Extensions until McAfee can fix it.

A random file popped into my computer and is secure. It keeps tellin me I do not have the rights to open it, but when I change the rights an error comes saying that access was denied. I don't know what it is and how to get rid of? to tell you the truth, it seems good to suspects and for all I know a virus. If it helps, I am the administrator and it says I have all rights to the computer, so it's really weird.
Hello
a file name is always useful when you post here
You can try this to remove it, if it not a system file.

I have seen discussions on this topic on the internet, I have tried everything this than recommended. I deleted everything that was outside the page, it does not work. My site is visible to The more recent/VMoA. I have several slideshows that are full page.
Thank you
Rob
In my view, that the source of the problem is the musethemes share button. It is differently resizing in browser than in Muse design mode. Please try to delete it. If deleting it solves the problem, you can contain muse-themes for a widget update.

It's a white box in the upper left corner on my main screen (Center). There is nothing in it, and it covers a section of 6 icons on Desktop 3 across and 2 down. It occurs during the boot process and I was not able to attach it to a specific program. I was informed by Dell it is a Windows 7 problem.
I had a computer technician who had encountered the problem before. I have a Dell and this white box was some kind of problem with the backup of Dell and the restoration. I just stopped the program of commissioning and the white box does not return.
