Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c at startup

Possibly caused by an update to Windows XP. I get this annoying message whenever I start my computer. It starts with "Windows - no disk". Once I have that then I get the Message of the Exception processing, as shown above.

How can I solve the problem?

Hello

1 have had any changes made on the computer before the show?

2. have you used any USB (Universal Serial Bus) device on the computer recently?

I suggest you to see link for a possible solution and check if it helps:

"The answer lies in the words" Windows: No. disc ', your PC is looking for a USB.
device - a USB stick or a cell phone, for example - that you recently plugged
and removed without using the option 'remove hardware safely' in the
lower right part of your screen. The last USB device you used
back in the USB port and then use the option 'remove the software safely.

The pop up message will disappear. »

In my case, I didn't plug the USB device, I just need to click on the "Remove hardware safely" in the system tray and it say remove the device that is connected is more.

Original title: Getting a weird error message. Seems to be the floppy driver.

Hello. This problem everything seems to start when I changed my drive letters. Finally, I think it points to my floppy drive A.

I get these error messages when I start my computer. Windows tells me this: No. disc: "treatment of Message of Exception c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". It happens about 8 or 9 times then goes away.

I have several internal hard drives, 2 optical drives, A floppy drive, a card reader and a printer. I decided to shift the drive letters down after hard drives since I have recently installed a dual-boot and needed earlier letters to the editor. The problems started before the dual-boot has been installed. Changed this example of drive letters: g-i, h-> j > I-> k, etc. The main readers have remained the same.

I uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller, Windows re - installed after re-booting of course.

I disconnected Ribbon floppy motherboard and the power supply. The messages stopped. I then uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller in Device Manager. I reconnected it A floppy Ribbon and power, loaded windows reinstalled the drivers and then gave me the error emssages once again.

I have a DVD of Windows XP Home Edition 32 bit SP3. Telling me to do a repair isn't the best idea, because nobody has explained how it works. When the DVD goes in the car or at the start: there is no repair function.

    Thank you.

Until you can determine what the 'real' problem is with your hardware, you can disable the pop-up message by making a registry adjustment.

Before making changes to the registry, back up your registry with this free and easy to use tool popular:

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/ERUNT.html

Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    Regedit

Click OK to open the registry editor, navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows

In the right pane, check the value of the ErrorMode setting.

If ErrorMode is set to 0, double click on ErrorMode and set 2 (2 = disabled).

Click OK to save the changes, and then click file, exit to close the registry editor.

Reboot your system and check the things now.

    Hello

Step 1: In some cases, the problem occurs because of a virus or malware. Before you try the following options, perform a scan of the computer. To do this using Microsoft Security Essentials, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security_essentials/default.aspx

Step 2: If the problem persists, you might find that a device that has been previously deleted is still saved. In this case, you can solve this problem by removing these devices.

To do this, click the remove the device safely in the notification area and remove any attached devices is no longer.

I unplugged the power to one of my CDs (JLMS DVD - ROMLTD 1630) inadvertently.  When I discovered the problem, I reconnected it the reader.  The driver for this drive is provided by Microsoft (01/07/01 Version 5.1.2535.00) Thereafter, whenever I rebooted, I got the above message that locked on the screen.  The only way I could erase the screen was to use TaskMgr to stop Ipoint.exe.  I downloaded and reinstalled Microsoft Intellipoint 6.2 (Version 6.20.182.0) and Microsoft Intellitype Pro 6.3 (version 6.30.191.0).  I haver Malware of Microsoft software used also to the system of scanmy for malware.  He found none.  I also used the System Mechanic Pro 6.0 to clean my system.  After all this, I still get the same message at startup, unless I reboot with only Microsoft software in the start menu.

After the net looking for answers and find some suggesting renaming of readers, etc., etc., I found this (and it worked for me):

Here is your answer after 3 hours online with HP

    Here are the steps.

    Click Start > run.

Type in regedit and click ok.
You will get a pop-up window in the registry.

Click on + sign at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

Click on + sign at SYSTEM.

Click on + sign at CurrentControlSet.

Click on + sign at control.

    Click on windows there.

You see ErrorMode key on the side panel right?

    0X00000000 (0)

Double click on ErrorMode and change the value to 2 and click ok.

Now, you need to restart the PC and after that you will not get the

It's a shame that we don't know anything about your system, because that would of course make things easier.

So I'll just take a stab at it and offer this idea in general use for this message:

I tried to make it easier for the user 'nervous about editing the registry:

Before making any changes to your registry, back up the registry with this free and popular tool:

    http://www.SnapFiles.com/get/ERUNT.html

Open Notepad to create a new text file:

Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    notebook

Click OK to open a new Notepad file.

Copy and paste the following lines in bold text into the new Notepad file:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\currentcontrolset\control\windows]
    "ErrorMode" =: 00000002

Save the new text file with extension .reg on your desktop or somewhere you can remember with a name you can remember, something like:

    fix13.reg

After you save the file, close Notepad.

Locate the file fix13.reg on your desktop and double-click it.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the fix13.reg file, choose open with... and select the registry editor.

Answer in the affirmative to the question... Are you sure you want to add the information in the registry?

You should then see a message that information has been registered in the register.

    Reboot your system and test.

You can delete the fix13.reg file when you are finished.

When I click on SansaUpdaterInstall.exe, I get the same message.  It goes away after I click 'continue' several times.  I see that Sandisk updater is my menu programs.  I can access the Zip Clip and I see no problem.  I wonder if the update does not work or if it has other problems.

    Thank you

I want to remove the update. Check here periodically updates if you want to, but I'm not aware of any bug fixes or improvements in the works, so I doubt that there will be none.

In its current state (no update available), the update amounts to little more than nag-ware and slows down your system unnecessarily.

I have Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002.  I just loaded Service pack 3 as well as a few other updates.

Not sure if it's related, but thought I would mention it since others have mentioned the USB port.  Since I got this computer, I always had two cords into the USB port on the back of my PC.  When I want to synchronize my PDA photos or uplaod to my camera, I'll use these two cords pluggeed in my USBs.  What is the problem?  Too bad, it was working before SP3.

Also (probably unrelated), I had problems with Adobe Falsh Player.  I'm trying to install an update and get always frozen.  The system is configured to add not Add-Ins/Active-Xs without authorization by me, but it crashes whenever I try to give him permission.  Is this related to the updates?  After the problems started, I uninstalled Adobe Flash and it worked, but the relocation has not yet.  (Many applications use this and it's VERY frustrating!)

Any suggestions would be helpful!  Thank you...

    * UNPLUG ALL USB DEVICES AND NON-ESSENTIAL TO THE COMPUTER

If you can, I suggest that you try the following:

    {THE PHASE 1}

    1. click on START
    2. click on "all programs".
    3. click on "Accessories".
    4. click on "system tools."
    5. click on "system restore."
6 follow the prompts shown to restore your system to a date before the problem started. Although the system restore does not target the personal data, it is recommended that you back up all data such as music, photos and documents in case something is not bad.
    {THE PHASE 2}
If this does not work, I could do this:
    Reach:
Follow the instructions to download the version (diskette) indicated secondary. This will require a floppy disk. If you don't have one available, skip this step. Unfortunantly, given the age of this system, they do not offer executable for use within Windows automatic update.
    {THE PHASE 3}
    Reach:
Download the patch and install it. Then, restart your computer.
