I suspect a corrupted system file. SFC could fix that. Reset Internet Explorer can help. At worst, I think you can fix it with a relocation, or "inplace upgrade" Win 7 from the installation DVD.
To determine if the problem you are experiencing is caused by one or more system files that are used by Windows, run the System File Checker tool. The System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.
To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:
1. click Startand type cmd in the box start the search .
2 right-click cmd in the programs list and then click run as administrator.
3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click continue
4. at the command prompt, type the following line and press ENTER: sfc/scannow
When the analysis is complete, test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved.
Internet Explorer resets

TFncKy.exe repeatedly crashing in Windows XP
Hi all
I had a problem with the program TFncKy.exe since I bought my new Satellite M100 approximately a month or two ago. When I log on Windows, this program crashes before I press a key, and without worrying about know if I chose "Send report" or "do not send report", it blocks several times every minute or two.
This problem does not seem to have affected one of the user accounts on the computer, the other works fine.Any ideas on how I can stop what is happening? Would be a help reinstall TFncKy.exe? If so, how could I do that?
Hmm, new user account supports the same rights as other user accounts where the keys FN Toshiba operating properly?
Check this setting and if necessary change the admin rights -

Follow step 1 in the link below,

-Create an another user account and verify if you experience this problem.
-System restore your computer to a previosu date and time when it was working normally.
SFC/scannow
-Repair a Windows Installation. (Universal steps are listed below)
Please proceed to a repair of the OS installation. In case of failure, please make sure that you back up your data to an external location before performing the repair. Here are the steps to proceed with the repair.
To start the repair facility, load Windows 7 and make sure that you are connected to an administrator account. Then, insert the Windows 7 DVD and run the file setup.exe from the menu autoplay:
Then click install now to start the process:
Now, uncheck the box "I want to help improve Windows ' and select the optionto go online to get the latest updates for installation :
The installation process will then search online for available updates, which may take a few moments. Once complete, read the license agreement, then checkthe box I accept and click Next:
Now, click on the box to upgrade to start the Windows 7 repair facility:
Windows will then be re - install Windows 7 over itself and you will be informed of its progress as it does. Your PC will reboot a couple of times during this proc
Once restarted, you are then prompted to enter details of the usual initial installation (for example, the license key, location and time settings). When it is finished, the repair facility was conducted entirely.

Dialer.exe application crashes in Windows 7
I have several workstations in a domain where dialer.exe gets a blocking of the application for no specified reason. The error can also be replicated by launching phone and Modem and selecting the Advanced tab. He worked on a single computer for about a year and then stopped working. The other is a brand new computer, and he never seems to have worked. I ran chkdsk and sfc, which found no errors. Creating a profile does not improve the situation.
One thing that binds all machines - they both use more Avaya IP Office. It is possible that this damaged dialer.exe.

According to the dump file seems to be the cause of the accident:
Cannot load C:\Program Files\Shark007\filters\DivXThumbnailProvider.dll, 0n2 error Win32 image
The DivXThumbnailProvider.dll seems to be a component of DivX Plus Media Foundation and, in your case, seems to be a part of the Win7codecs software.
Then you can try what is suggested in the following link:
http://Shark007.NET/forum/thread-crashed-Windows-Explorer-in-some-folder-s?highlight=Explorer
Or uninstall the Win7codecs program.

Kind regards
RolfThe dump file showed that the accident was caused by the swi_ifslsp_64.dll:

ERROR: The symbol file is not found. Defaulted to export symbols for swi_ifslsp_64.dll .
ERROR: The symbol file is not found. By default for the export of symbols for OverlayIcon.dll.
ERROR: The symbol file is not found. By default for the export of symbols for CbFsMntNtf3.dll.
Probably caused by: swi_ifslsp_64.dll (swi_ifslsp_64! GetLspGuid + 26ad)The swi_ifslsp_64.dll is a component of Sophos anti-virus.
There were two other third-party files that appear to be involved in the accident, the OverlayIcon.dll and the CbFsMntNtf3.dll.
These two files seem to be the components of software of Wuala.
The beginning of the problem coincided during the installation or update of Sophos or Wuala?

Please answer these questions to better understand the issue.
(a) you remember to make changes on the computer before the show?
(b) what antivirus program do you use?
Explorer.exe is the Windows system file and is not available for download. You can deal with this problem because of changes in the file system or due to changes in software on the computer. Follow these methods and check if that helps:
Method 1: I suggest you to restore the system at a time until the problem occurred and check if it helps:
- Press the Windows key + R
- Type rstrui and then press ENTER.
- Click next and choose the restore point, when your computer was working fine.
See also this article: How to restore, refresh or reset your PC
Method 2: I suggest you run the tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker and check if it helps. The tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker scans missing or system corrupted files and repairs them.
Run the System File Checker to see if you have corrupted system files.
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

Black screen - cannot run Explorer.exe with Task Manager
Hi guys
I've been Googling the answer to that for the last day and nothing seemed to work.
Basically, my portable was working fine until this morning, when I restarted. After the home screen, just a rear screen with the mouse. CTRL ALT DEL and everything still works normally. I can run programs with the Task Manager, but can not run explorer.exe. He returned in the process for about 10 seconds then disappears. I think that it is the cause of the black screen. I tried downloading an own explorer.exe and replace the explorer.exe in C:\Windows\. My computer it did not as he said I need the permission of the administrator, but of course, I am the Admin so I don't know what that's all.
I tried to restart in Mode safe and that works very well, still, I can't replace the explorer.exe in the C:\Windows\ because I do not have the administrative authorization. I tried to change it in the Security tab of the properties, or impossible.
I also tried to update the driver software graphics cards, checked the Shell in the registry value and made sure it's explorer.exe, used the difficulty of black of Pevx screen, used HitmanPro and Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool to scan and remove malware. I even did a scf/scannow, checked driver C a mistake (which took 3 hours!), let Windows Startup Repair to fix things, tried a system restore but failed. He says that the anti-virus (Sophos) prevented the restoration of the system, so I've temporarily disabled its access scanning on but still unable to restore to a previous (11/01). Program changes that recent such as listed in the system restore is Google + Auto BackUp who came when set Picasa to date there 3 days and a more recent version of Facebook video call I've ever used. I am now running a scan with Sophos, not too promising.
So yes, I tried everything. I think that now, there are only three options:1 somehow replace the explorer.exe in C:\Windows\ with this new cool explorer.exe, which I downloaded, with the permission of the administrator
2. try another restore of the system, but I'm sure that nothing will happen, already tried three times.
3 reinstall Windows 7 Edition Home Premium. It will be a real pain.So please help me! I have courses of due on Monday and this portable do not let me what that be done. Thank you!!!
Please ignore the other my long answer. The problem has now been resolved.
After trying all kind of scans, drinking and sobbing, I came across TDSS Killer from Kaspersky, who managed to catch a 1 latest unique malicious software (that I was too stupid and really looked hopeless and remember the name of), it cures the problem after reboot. Now, the laptop works well like you wouldn't believe. I'm still confused but way too happy now to care. Thanks a lot for your help nevertheless!
