Explorer Windows has stopped working when I click on the start icon

Gud afternoon, I have 2 problems.

1 problem is inCD.exe (which i already clear it but sure my window stopped Explorer working Isit because of this problem stop does not work)

2nd problem is whenever I click on the icon start at the bottom left and right now I move my mouse select the icon Any1... I had to have this word says

Explorer Windows stopped working

Explorer Windows restarts...

And everything is empty unless I keep trying many times.

It happen since last night until now.

So far, I only download Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

ISIT there is Sthing wrong download this game?

If someone knows how to Slove this... Please help me... Thank you very much

    Afer resolve about a dozen questions, I have all issues resolved, except one, the dreaded "Windows Explorer has stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem..." "click on in Windows Explorer, of course. On right click, the error message appears, followed by another message error "Windows restart...," then is firm and does not restart?  Since it seems there are a lot of variations or at least several methods to solve the problem, someone the precise solution or know what is the cause of this problem?

    Found this digging in the archives, 2009, by Chief Brody, fixed problem successfully.

    Deactivation of the CEIP Customer Experience Improvement Program

    1. click Start and type gpedit.msc in the search bar or on the command RUN

    2 now navigate to

    Computer configuration-> administrative templates-> system-> Internet Communication management, and then click Internet Communication settings

    3 locate Turn off Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program , double click or right click Edit.

    4 click Activate . Apply and Ok and close gpedit window.

    Let us try these methods.

    Method 1:  [Scan sfc] System File Checker

    To determine if the problem you are experiencing is caused by one or more system files that are used by Windows Vista, run the System File Checker tool. The System File Checker tool analyzes the system files and replaces incorrect versions of system files by using the correct versions.

    To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

    1. click Startand type cmd in the box start the search.

    2. right click on cmd in the list programs and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue

    3. at the command calls, the following line and press ENTER: sfc/scannow

    When the analysis is complete, test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved.

    Method 2: Virus Scan

    You try to run a Microsoft online virus scanner and check if it detects something.

    Method 3: Clean boot

    Clean boot uses a minimal set of drivers and startup programs and helps eliminate software conflicts.

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the start search box and press enter.

    (b) under the Services tab, check hide All Microsoft Services.

    (c) under the Startup tab, click on disable all, then click Ok.

    (d) If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart now.

    When the computer is in a clean boot, applications and third-party services are disabled. Once the computer is restarted, check if the problem occurs right now.

    Don't forget to reset the computer in a Normal startup once find you what software is conflicting.
