Export AE to the SOUL

Hello.

I need to create an export of sequelae of soul in javascript

How can I do?

something like that?

app.exportToAme ("Comp 1")

Thank you

If the model is active (has focus), you could do this:

app.executeCommand (app.findMenuCommandId ("add to Adobe Media Encoder queue..."));

  • QuickTime export options are missing (only in the SOUL)

    Hey,.

I already searched for a while and found another thread in this forum, as well some information in the official documentation, saying that the SOUL only installs some options, export if it is not installed in the correct package of applications (such as first or sequelae).

Well, I did install as part of the Master Collection and also have the first and AFX running.

The initial installation was a horrible procedure because there was that even a few photoshop cs6 beta persistent file around and just would not leave, even with the CS cleanup tool.

When I finally managed to install CS6, everything worked fine, except one major flaw... When I export a file of first a QuickTime, everyhting works as it should. But when I hit 'send to SOUL', the right preset quicktime does not have its way over the Media Encoder, but I have only h264 and 4 other formats of your choice. Just not QT available. (I'm on a mac).

I already tried to install the whole package during the original installation, but it did not help. I also have CS6 installed on my macbook, where everything works perfectly fine. I compared the record of media on both machines encoder, and it is identical in size. In the library, I wasn't able to find any media encoding related files.

Please, does anyone have an idea how to mount export QT in the soul up and running again without going through a thorough cleaning of my system and reinstall the whole? I am in the middle of a project now and would really like to have it work.

(it worked before in cs5, btw)

    THX

I had the same problem and I've basically stumbled upon this fix. Search for the file named AddExporterList.txt located in

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media encode CS6\txt

Save one original copy somewhere else. Copy/paste or delete as needed to make the new file looks like this:

    # MediaCore Plugins

    # SOUL Plugins

    AudioWriter

    WinMediaWriter

    # SOUL Plugin Formats

    MPEG4

    H.264 Blu - ray

Press on save and reboot the SOUL. Voila! It worked for me and I hope it will work for you.

  • Default export is 32-bit SOUL - I want 64-bit

    CS6 - Windows 8.1

When exporting from Premiere Pro CS6, if I choose the queue, export opens in the SOUL 32-bit. I don't want to.

In another thread, Todd Kopriva was asked why the poster had same SOUL 32-bit on its system. I don't know why either, but it's there. Also, I don't find a way to uninstall it. In Control Panel > programs, if I click on the line for Adobe Production Premium CS6, the window that appears lists all the programs Adobe - execpt SOUL.

As a solution, I renamed the file x86AME < old > and manually open the SOUL before you export them first, but there must be a better way. Any ideas?

    Here's a possible solution.

Go to the folder of the SOUL (64-bit version).

Right click on request of the SOUL (.exe), a create a shortcut for this.

Rename this shortcut to look exactly like SOUL application_name (delete shortcut to the text of the name).

Now that you have a good shortcut, you can copy it and drop it in the folder application body.

Body will now use the shourtcut to point to its own version of the SOUL.

If it doesn't, dbl-check to make sure that the shortcut name is correct. This is usually the part that causes problems for people.

  • The rendering is essential prior to export with the SOUL?

    Hello guys!

My sequence has red and yellow lines. This means that I have to go to the preview. I don't want to make because I don't know the result in preview (I did the same thing with other projects)

She must be rendered prior to export with the SOUL or not?

I don't know, but once I forgot to make the effect of stabilization of deformation and the blue line appeared on my images...

    Hi Yiotal,

You shouldn't have to make before you export a project either through the integrated version or autonomous of the SOUL.  If you got a blue line in your film, this must be a bug in PP/SOUL.  I got errors, export projects when using the AE projects related, so output bugs exist.

Rendering is for smooth playback when editing (especially the clips with a red bar.  Any decent system will well with the yellow bars).  Even if you make everything before exporting it, never use make files in the output (i.e. make sure that the "Use Previews" checkbox is disabled).  I did some tests and the quality of the image you get when you work with files of rendering is less.

    I hope this helps!

  • Export of PP thru SOUL in DVD codec is incomplete video

I tried 7 times to export a sequence of 5 minutes using the DVD is predefined in the SOUL that matches my sequence that is; MPEG2-DVD NTSC 23.976 p wide.

The wav file is all of 5 minutes, but the video file is only 03:04 it's the case of overtime. I have the entire sequence of the export value in the timeline panel and I tried both from the outside and any sequence in SOUL. Nothing works. Then I tried using a sequence of file that I had previously successfully exported, a mp4, I had made for vimeo that has worked well and is 5 minutes. Exactly the same thing happened, Wav form is properly 5 minutes, but the time of video is only 03:04.

What is happening, please fix this bug or contact me and tell me how, I spent hours, and there is nothing in my file that makes 3 minutes instead of five.

and now it turns out there was nothing wrong with the files all along. one

strange anomaly where if we checked the video export and it opened in

QTplayer he said 03:04 rather than 5 min and stopped playing this 3

point minute so it seemed that the video was incomplete. However if played

in VLC, although no time at all was given (except 0) he played through

at the end.  And when the dvd was made in still the files were fine Adobe

Tech couldn't understand why - sorry I never checked the file, maybe this

    help someone else.

  • 10.3 Lumetri does not apply when sent to the queue of the SOUL of first.

Since update to 10.3 SOUL no longer export LUTs added to the first use of color Lumetri sequences. I had this problem before where a LUT does not exist in the technical dossier of the SOUL, but I checked, and the same exact file is both:

    / Applications/Adobe Media Encoder 2015.3 CC/Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015.app/Contents/Lumetri/LUTs/Technical/VLog_to_V709_forV35_ver100.cube

    / Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro 2015.3 CC/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.app/Contents/Lumetri/LUTs/Technical/VLog_to_V709_forV35_ver100.cube

When previewing in the export in the first settings dialog, I see that the LUT applies very well - img 1 - but when looking at the same dialogue in the queue of the SOUL not - img 2 - if something is getting lost when sent to the queue of the SOUL (Interestingly, looks like it's something that there is a slight modification of the original without added effects item - img 3)

It was all working fine in the latest version. Tried clearing the cache, preferences, etc. Does anyone know a fix? Now I can just direct export of first, but it's not ideal...

    1 - Pr LUT.png

    2 - AME LUT.png

    3 Pr No LUT.png

OK I got it. The LUT folders in the folders of the Pr and SOUL must be exactly the same, that is, not only have the same files inside, but the same number of files too.

It seems that Pr will tell SOUL to use the Nth file in the folder structure rather than seek a cube file name. I tested it work with by inserting an additional file dummy in lut SOUL record, and, of course, he always picked on the next lut down from that used in the PR.

  • Media Encoder stalls when sending to export sequence to the queue

    Latest updates CC.

After selecting a Premiere Pro sequence and "Exporting media" using the Media queue encode, resulting often in a stall of death reel if Media Encoder is not active when the export queue is sent. The two first and Prelude apps lock up and the ONLY way to it is a Force Quit in the finder. Normally a called creation queue project items dialog which hold. By clicking on 'Cancel' has no effect because the wheel of death has already appeared.

If I manually launch Media Encoder and export the sequence even through the queue option, it works like a charm. This is a bug of long duration, I sometimes test to see if she is still there. But normally I just throw encode first then queued.Screen Shot 2016-05-26 at 1.28.36 PM.jpg

  • Specify the default target for a preset custom of the SOUL

This compressor is broken so I jump into SOUL with some urgency, try to rebuild my custom presets.

    Anyone know how?

Eric Dickerson: I asked the same question on the forum of the SOUL 4 days ago, but it's just crickets in there.
Jean-Philippe: Hello! Welcome to Adobe support.
Jean-Philippe: Please allow me 1-2 minute (s) review the details of your account.
Jean-Philippe: I read the description of your problem. You will allow me a few minutes.
Jean-Philippe: I just checked. Unfortunately, still unable to set output folder for presets custom in the SOUL.
Eric Dickerson: Wow, that's a time killer. By clicking on each output and redirection is destination from the source to the appropriate output destination. May be easy to fix.
Eric Dickerson: I know that I could indicate a default destination for all files, and it works if I had only 1 type of output, but most pro shops do not work like that...
Jean-Philippe: You must specify the output only once and then exports it to the last specified location.
Eric Dickerson: I publish 6 distinct profiles of 4 different platforms, which really helps me. I'll have to give records show another chance, but I think that to fail. It would be a great time for the SOUL to become my go-to tool, if she was ready. I hope I have fixed compressor soon.

  • Adobe Dynamic Link or export first and the load in yet?

    Hello

I do some tests on the creation of DVD / Blu - Ray cs6 yet. My video editions are done in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

Looks like I have 2 ways to send the contents of Premiere Pro in again.

    (1) I can put all my editions in Premiere Pro, then export the entire timeline to a DVD MPEG-2 or MPEG-2 BLU - Ray, then start again a new project and import the video file as a timeline.

    (2) I can finish my editions in Premiere Pro, and then use the Adobe Dynamic Link > Send to options yet. So it is not necessary to export files, because the transcoding task is the task of a reminder.

It is: no benefit from the use of way 1 or 2? Think of the speed to finish the job, is better than the other?

    Choose what you use?

    Thanks for these tips

    Gustavo.

When you do Standard Def on a DVD, I used dynamic links, and it worked fine. But when you use source HD still one) does not support downrezzing for the DVD well and b) many users found issues dynamic linking for Blu - ray.

The Most trouble free options are a) export of PR/SOUL as mpeg2-DVD to DVD and Blu - ray Blu - Ray H.264 and b) separate projects (with separate menus, properly size) for DVD and Blu - ray.

  • Feature Request: Please allow us to merge audio with sequence of images in the SOUL.

So far the only programs that allow this (that I'm aware of anyway) are the old version of QuickTime Pro and Apple Compressor. I just want to add a sequence of images to the SOUL and combine an audio track to this sequence of images for export. This would save me one step further. 80% of my work starts and ends in After Effects. I do video editing very little, so most of my export is made of EI and then exported Quicktime or compressor all apply for my clients (most often ProRes for a major version and h264 or x 264 Quicktime files for the web).

It is possible, we could see this feature added anytime soon? Thank you!

It is a good application and should be presented here: Adobe - feature request/Bug Report Form

  • Reduce the speed of the Clip into the SOUL of the CP?

    Hey all,.

New to the world of the SOUL, especially when it comes to the CC.

I wondered - if some have natively 1280x720p 60 fps coming straight from my Canon 5 d mark III files in a folder to watch, is it possible to to sort of "slow down" the pace of my clips? I don't want to CHANGE the fps, I mean change playback FPS. When I try to export the files to a different cadence, the clip remains the same duration (length). It seems that SOUL delete just images of my clip rather than allow the reading of 30 frames per second (as usual) and filling with 60 frames / second, I started with.

I am trying to automate with the speed of the clip is slowed down (and eventually extended) instead of having to go outside in my NLE editing program. I'll be over 500 clips 60 fps shooting tomorrow night, and it would be great if I could automate slowing down the speed of the clip.

I'm trying to go from 60 fps to 15 fps (and ultimately slow down the clip and extending it by 4 x). It's for a concert of scary halloween I want to make it look very scary with this strange and jerky 15 frames per second.

My shoot is tomorrow, and I would really like to know if it is possible to do so in the SOUL of the CP. I like really the added functionality of the Image overlay (so that I can add my watermark to the video), if all goes well, there is a way to do so that I don't have to sit in front of my computer and slow 500 clips I will turn tomorrow night!

    Thanks for your help.

    Chase

Currently, it is not possible with one SOUL. That's where I would normally submit a feature request, but our form seems to be down at the moment. We are studying and hope soon to the top. When we do, you can submit this request here: Adobe - feature request/Bug Report Form

  • Problem of Premiere Pro update and bug of the SOUL

After I renamed the files and e mptying media in preferences Cache database I thought everything was working, it's up to what I exported my project for updating Adobe media encoder. There was no audio playback from the rendered file and my Canon 5 d clips were absent are not acvhd. It is a multi-cam project and the audio that was used was the acvhd clips. Pretty weird... So I tried to export the project from first to work around the TEA and it worked perfectly.

In the SOUL, please go to Preferences > general and uncheck import sequences in native mode. Then export the sequence from Premiere Pro to SOUL and see if the problem persists.

If this change solves the problem, then we are interested in a copy of the project, if possible, to test.

  • How to set "stretch to fill" in the SOUL CS6?

Then... We have a lot of images, which are worth anamorphic DV/PAL... In other words, a pressed image of ppl in a 720 x 576 50i (proportions of 1.09).

What I want to do is the following:

-Use Adobe Media Encoder (NOT FIRST PRO) for...

-Set up a "spy" folder to empty the images in and...

    -Export it as 1024 x 576 25 p (aspect ratio: square pixels)...

    - And it's supposed to "stretch to fit", thus eliminating the anamorphic image...

I tried setting the parameters for that in the SOUL, without success I receive two dark pillars left and right of the sequence, without any option to actually stretch the image to fit.

Now, in PremierPro CS6, there is an option to export which allows me to make the option "stretch to fit"... That's all good, and works very well on this file. But this is NOT an option when she deals with the amount of images that we have here. We're talking over 100 shots with this setting. And goes first and this setting for each individual sequence is simply stupid and illogical in itself.

So, where is this option in the software TEA CS6 itself, or simply removes? I know that it was there in Adobe Flash CS3 of encoder, but is missing from CS4... I was kind of hoping I would find them in CS6, Adobe usually listens to the people and are a tool used by many professionals profesional box, but I can't seem to find...

    (source: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2691915)

Any help or constructive nature's response would be nice... But don't tell me to use PremierPro for this... As this is not an option...

If you have configured your preset in the export settings dialog box, you can set the Source scale parameter and which will be saved with the preset. Then you can set your watch the items in folders to use this preset. It's not terribly pretty because it should be easier to add the source of scale in your "Preset". We will try to do better in the future.

  • How to activate the directional blur in the SOUL?

I have the comp in AE (CC version) in which all the layers and comps have motion blur enabled (for the layer).

I exported it to the queue of rendering SOUL, he has made. One reason-the output is without motion blur.

I have to turn somewhere in the SOUL before rendering?

I have been using AE for rendering, and I didn't turn it on...

    Thank you very much.

    AdamSabla wrote:

Also need the Motion Blur on the scale of the model. Click on the directional fuzzy button in the timeline panel (it's in the Group button to the right of the search box).

In General, SOUL makes your comp how see you in the AE comp Viewer. In other words, if you don't see when you RAM Preview, you won't see it when SOUL makes the model.

In AE Render Queue, there are settings more sophisticated for the substitution of certain behaviours, through the render settings dialog box. The model of "best settings" by default will be rendered blurry of movement regardless of the level of comp switch.

  • Disable the SOUL stopping when Pr plays?

    Hi all

Quick question - is possible disable the function where current TEA breaks encodes each time I hit play first? I can reactivate manually encoding while AT first reading, and I found absolutely not slow down during the game AND encoding, so it's just a major nuisance for the moment because I'm trying to work through a first edition tool and encode a bunch of tasks in the SOUL. From my experience at least the constant start stop is not necessary and burns rendering valuable time.

    See you soon

SOUL relend resources when PP is active, so the only option is perhaps simply do not use PP when exporting.
