  Video on SMugMug seems fine on my Windows 7 system using IE9 and FireFox 24, so it appears there is nothing wrong with the video of LR. Check the control panel of your graphics card. I use a Nvidia graphics card - just right-click on an empty area of the desktop and select Control Panel Nvidia configuration, or what Panel graphics card you have.

  Try to set the section "Video" from your panel back to "Restore default settings", or do it manually. In addition, there are a known issue with the Nvidia drivers causing black levels to the washed out look. If you are using a Nvidia card follow the parameters shown in the screenshot below and set the 'Dynamic Range' to 'Full (0-255)' and NOT "Limited (16-235)." Make sure that the video Panel section Conrol Gamma and color settings are at their default settings.

  If still the problem download the latest driver from the site Web of Nvidia or AMD, and install it. If still having the issue provide your OS version, model of graphics card and the version of the graphics driver.

  If you choose not to send it to the SOUL, you will have a big MOV file. Then you can manually send in the SOUL and try the different settings. If you go just to download from YourTube you could even send them the huge MOV, they will be when even recompress it.

  If you do your own compression, choose a preset from SOUL H.264 high quality. Something around 6 Mbps or higher must always appear.

  I'm trying to export a video in After Effects and when exporting video, ago only audio, no video or the video and audio are not synchronized.

  Some codecs and multimedia containers allow only a finite set of horizontal & vertical dimensions... mp4 among them.  This could be the source of your problems if you actually try to create files of 1920 x 1200.

• Lightroom 6.2.1 stops when exporting video slide show

  Since the upgrade to 6.1 to 6.2.1 I can't export a slideshow as a video.  It starts the process, the progress bar indicates he may go 10 or 15%, then Lightroom stops and there is no file in my output folder.  I'm on Windows 10.  It worked fine before the upgrade to 6.2.1.  I tried to reset all my preferences and that did not help.  I tried a selection of slides, like maybe 20, much smaller and it still does not work.  I tried with no music or with music.   What can I do?  Is - this another known bug in 6.2.x?

  Workaround, at least on one of my computers.  In my view, there is a lack of interest in my problem since nobody answered to my previous posts, but maybe I can help someone with my solution.

  I asked a few friends to photo if they had the problem and none did.  But I also noticed that all my computers using Intel's HD video system on the motherboard.  None of my friends have been.  I downloaded the latest drivers from Intel and which did not fix the problem.  On my desk, at least I had the option to add a dedicated video card.  So I bought a map of the Radeon chipset, installed and then tried.  I got a different error.

  He said "Defunct sequencer" when I tried to go to the slideshow module.  I found the fix for this:

  so, if you have this problem, try to get the latest update for your video driver, or if you have the Intel HD video, buy a dedicated video card.  I hope Adobe will solve this problem with 6.4 and I will be able to use my laptop again to export video.  I supported it until 6.1.1 so it does not work.

  I just had a thought.  I will try this fix on the laptop to see if that does anything.  Can't hurt.

  Short answer, there is no simple "export to iPhone", but if you just want to have a movie that you can watch on your iPhone, you just send an attachment by e-mail (other than the .avi) and save it to your phone.

  Alternatively, you can use dropbox in option.

  With an application, you can mount your iPhone as an external drive. (see iExplorer)

  Also: Check SOUL h264 variations before you send it to yourself.  There are presets for the compression of the iPhone.

  I just tried export using a codec H.264 1080 p custom instead of Youtube 1080 p one and it worked.  Really weird!  Thanks for the tips, I don't need any help anymore.

  I can not export photos more, when I press the button export the normal screen comes up but slightly different and NO export... button would not because I don't have 10 days left on the trial period would be there? It's never happened before!

  The export button is sitting at the bottom of the export dialog box, in accordance with the attached screenshot. Your photo does not show the bottom of the Panel, it ends just above the bottom. We need to see the whole Board, not 90% of it, if (with apologies if this is a stupid question) can you confirm that the entire Board is located within the display area of the monitor and not partially off the screen?

  I am trying to add CODECs without loss (FFV1, Lagarith) to Photoshop (and first and After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder) so that I can generate videos of archives with the highest possible ratios of lossless compression.  I installed many CODECs, but none of them appear in the options to "Export Video" Photoshop, for example.  How can I get these CODECs to appear?

  For the record, I'm using CS5.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Lagarith etc. are some CoDecs AVI and will appear in the output in SOUL and AE options when you choose an AVI file. PS does not have access, only Quicktime.

  Hey all!

  When I export my finished video, that he asks me to define all the properties as the codec and its details, res and all that jazz - I was wondering, isn't it possible to have the use of the exported video the exact same properties as the original? It seems I have TO re - encode...

  I don't want to risk losing any video or sound quality then why do I have to change the video codec? Is there no way of just using the properties of video source?

  Edition of long GOP source material like this H.264 will ALLWAYS source result in loss of production. There is no way around it. However, if you export with the right codec and bitrate to the right settings you can minimize loss of barely perceptible production. But it is important to export it as few times as possible. Of course 5 generation losses will be much worse than a loss of unique production and if you want to get the best quality output, use the optimal rendering quality setting. It will take 2-3 times longer but you maintain the best quality.

• Can't export videos 4 k on YouTube

  After editing a clip from movie k 4 in iMovie on iPhone 6s, I am unable to export it to YouTube in 4 k.

  The drop down menu includes up to '4 k' but after tapping on 'share', two coming overlap pop ups appear and disappear in a fraction of a second. I think one of the pop up says 'impossible to download on YouTube. They're gone too fast for me take more than a fleeting glimpse each time.

  However, if I had to choose 1080, it downloads on YouTube very well. The edited film clip is less than 10 min.

  What can I do to fix this? I bought this app just to edit and upload videos to YouTube in 4 k. Now, it just seems like a waste of time and money. Refund is only possible if there is no solution to this? I call false advertising in its description.

  Never solved this? I'm having the same problem. I recorded a: 52 4 k video and tried to upload it to youtube, and nothing seems to work. I have upload it directly to youtube and it tries to give a standard definition. I use iMovie and create the video, but when I try to download, it exports without problem, but receive continually one "failed to load" error message. I have tried via wifi, LTE, thinking she may have a sufficient height in upload. I'm at my wits end trying to figure this. I have the current version of iMovie for iOS, so I'm out of options.
