Hello

According to the specs of this device can deal only with max 786MB of RAM.
I put t know how many pins have the modules but I found this compatible module for your device is:

PC2100 128 MB (PA3126U - 1 M 12)
PC2100 256 MB (PA3127U - 1 M 25)
PC2100 512 MB (PA3164U - 1 M 51)

Please note that this machine has two expansion slots, but 1 slot is not extensible user (probably this one with 256 MB) original!

    Hello sorbet

I found the information that your laptop can handle with 512 MB max. I guess that your device already has 256 MB. You can use the second 256 MB module and put it in a second slot.

Part number for the module memory of 256 MB is PA3127U - 1. 25 M.

  • Extension memory on the Satellite 2410

I intend to expand the memory of my Satellite 2410 601. It has 256 MB DDR at the present time. I plan on using a memory module 256 more to extend the total memory to 512 MB.

I want to know is whether I can use one of the DDR memory module available in the market? Is there compatibility problems?

    Hello

    You know this site?
    http://www.orcalogic.co.UK/ASP/ProdType.asp?ProdType=5548&ft=m&St=3

Here you can find details on the compatible memory modules for Satellite 2410 601.

It seems that the laptop is able to manage the PC2100 200 pin memory (266 MHz) DDR SODIMM!
You can upgrade the memory up to 1 GB (2 x 512 MB) max

    > Are there compatibility problems?
You should generally have compatibility problems. It is only important that you use the supported modules.

  • extension memory for BB 10 and ripple model

    Hello world

I hope I'm not duplicating something but I can't seem to find anything on the combination of the extension memory BB10 BB10 and ripple model.

I followed the instructions exactly.  I built the project and placed in the directory ext SDK in the same structure, it is said on the forums for blackberry https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/make_your_extension_available_to_your_apps.html

I put the HTML code in its own directory and designated the Ripple chrome plugin sdk and the home HTML.  I click on generate in the emulator and the buildings and displays. I can see the HTML code and click the buttons. But when it hits the example.memory.getMemory () it just dies.

I don't see how the ripple is pulling or package the extension in the emulator.

Can anyone clear this up for me?

    Thank you

    Mark

There is no custom wave extension support

But you can use the real simulator can be found here.

  • Question about the upgrade memory for my Satellite M40-307

Sorry for the newbie question. But if I have 512 MB of memory for the time being, what are my upgrade options?

Do I have to buy pairs of memory? So I can or buy 2 x 1 GB = 2 GB, or 2 x 512 MB = 1 GB + 512 existing. Or can I say just buy a single 512 MB or 1 GB chip?

Since no one wants to answer:
    1. check if your laptop supports Dual Channel Ram (it should be, but just see the manual to be sure)
    2. knowledge of what type of RAM you have. This will add or remove a possibility of upgrade

The thing with Dual Channel is, that you have the best performance if you use 2 RAM of the same type (really of the same type: company, size...)
    you could:
    3. Add a 512 MB of RAM of the same type you have
3 b. buy 2 pieces of new RAM of the same type (1 GB + 1 GB, or 2 + 2 GB) and do not forget that your laptop supports this quantity (once again: manual to check)

You will also find in the manual, if your computer supports DDR or same DDR2 RAM (faster)

If you have lost your manual, you can download it here on the toshiba Web page

    I hope I could help a little.

  • Upgrade memory for a Satellite M40X 299

I need to upgrade the memory of my Satellite, but I can't find a memory location... is there not another?

    thanx

    Hello

Well, there are two sites of memory, but only is extensible.
As far as I know as the 512 MB is standard and memory max that you can use is 1536 MB (512 MB + 1024 MB)

Unfortunately, you can use 1536 MB and more is not possible

  • Extension memory for Satellite A200-23W

Wonder if I can upgrade memory (now 2 x 2 GB at 667) with two others at 800 mhz...

    Hello

You can upgrade the RAM with 800 MHz modules, but as much as I know this will not improve the speed and the RAM will run at 667 MHz.
The reason is that the chipset doesn't support 800 MHz.

Satellite A200-23W supports up to 4 GB, so any update is not necessary.

  • Upgrade memory for a Satellite Pro 4320

I own a Satellite Pro 4320. He has the memory factory (64 MB), and I want to develop it. I read in the manual that it is possible to install up to 576 MB. But in other documents and web pages, I read that 320 MB is the maximum memory.

Anyone know what is the right number?

Does anyone know where to find 256 MB modules (if they can be installed)? I found only 128 MB modules.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

I found information that 320 MB Max for this device. I have also not lucky to find the 256 MB RAM module for this device. There are two possibilities. You can contact the partner in your country and stopped a single module or you have to find some pieces of mobile equipment supplier in your country.

  • Upgrade memory for [b] Satellite A40 - 261 [/ b]

I want to upgrade the memory of my notebook.
I know that the installed memory is DDR2700 (333 mhz) but I would like to know which brand is already installed and/or brands/types are approved by Toshiba.

    THX in advance

    Hello

normally, you don't need to bother with the brands of MHz' are and stuff like that. If you point out that you want to buy (recommended) Toshiba memory original option for this model, nor a f.ex. use a 3rd Kingston memory advantage - you just say "I have this model, give me a 256, 512 memory or whatever."
It will then work perfect in your system as well as the memory you already have.

    Best regards

    Tom
