  What do you mean by a hard reset? This term is not the troubleshooting steps. There is no reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory. A reset here is the sleep/wake and home together buttons until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will restart. No data is assigned to this procedure.

  I just took the new smartphone Iphone SE in April 2016. It worked perfectly fine for the months that I had it until last night.   Your phone is not hacked and all the malware only you could catch is malicious cookies in Safari or other browsers that are removed easily by clearing their cache. I suspect you have a hardware problem, nothing more, that should solve the Apple store.

  I use Lenovo k4 note, due to a bug in the user interface, I had to reboot my phone. but after clicking on the option restart my phone was not to restart itself (it swicthed off, but do not start).

  now I fear that hard reset will not effect guarantee of my device?

  Do a factory reset is OK. You need not be worried about your warranty. However, I suggest to not not to make the changes and the manupulatins with the settings in this menu.

  Turn off the phone.

  Wait 5 to 10 seconds.

  Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME DOWN keys until a screen will appear with a "!" inside a triangle and a little Android standing next to him.

  Press both VOLUME keys at the same time to display the menu.

  Use the VOLUME keys, navigate through the menu to select Factory Reset / wipe and make your choice with the POWER button.

  Once the reset is complete, go to the system to reboot and make your selection with the POWER button.

  Your phone should now be reset to the factory settings.

  If I understand you correctly, you are unable to perform a reset of the phone factory because you can't after locking the screen, is that correct?

  You should try to perform a repair of software using PC Companion (for a guide step by step, click on the blue text), cela re - install the software of the phone and will remove all data. It is important that the phone is off and you don't connect it to your PC until later in the the repair guide when you are prompted to do so.

  Well, I finally did a hard reset on the phone and it is always open, updates are still there but the new language options were nowhere to be seen.

  In addition, some Dell help would have been very nice.

  In order to configure the device again, you need TO sign in with the Google account that has been installed on the device in the past. Are you positive that you can't remember the email address used to connect to the start? To see if you can identify the e-mail address, login to http://myaccount.google.com , using your various accounts and click on DAge activity & notifications. In do you see your PRIVATE? If this is not the case, this account has not been used on the device.

  You define the Google account that was used, if you have changed the password, you MUST wait 72 hours before you can enter this Google account and complete the installation wizard. It is a requirement of Google security and cannot be changed.

  I did a hard reset to return to the factory settings and give it to my husband when I got a new clear pda. But it has lost much of its programs 'factory '. I can not all photos/videos on it, the music and the card reader is not no longer works. I don't know where to even start. I changed the name back to mine and did a synchronization so that all my information are returned on it, by copying all my backup of my backup file info (I'm now on Snow Leopard) on an old machine running Tiger and done here, a synchronization that has restored to the State it was before the hard reset... all the files were there... but still no photos or card. He is as he sees the card, but it indicates 0 space is available and it's a 1 GB card that is empty.

  I solved the problem. I have re-installed the card reader. It would then "see" the map, but still wouldn't let me write anything for her... Although the map showed by the amount of data that the data was actually on the map, the Palm still was not see it. I do not have to take the card to the Palm when I did the hard reset and in some sort the SD card has been corrupted or messed up partitions. I couldn't reformat the card while in the Palm because the Palm was not able to recognize in all. I have taken, use the disk utilities and deleted from the SD card, put it back in the Palm and was able to reformat the card. It worked fine after that.
