  Thanks for posting. What material assign you to the VM run with? This happens with all or just a vitual machine?  Also, have you tried to reinstall the application?   Product used is Dragon Naturally Speaking (DNS) version 10.1 and according to the seller the problem isn't a problem caused DNS by their Tech Support who I worked with for more than a week...  However the problem only occurs when this program is running.  The only way that I was able to temporarily fix the problem is to stop the DNS program in the Task Manager process section and restart explorer.exe

  Given that the supplier says it's a matter of Windows and with the info I provided please help.
