Failed to start service websigner

I downloaded and installed the BlackBerry signing, tool generated ID (is he really mine to choose randomly?) and the name of the signer and sent the file to myself.  When I try to start the service he gets stuck in start mode and are never in the started state.  Which port the service works and how to configure it?

Thank you

Philippe

I tried again and it worked.   The RIM servers must have been down and for some reason when I tried to sign up with my server, it attempted to validate something with the RIM servers and gave the wrong message "Incorrect password" - makes no sense but I'm willing to try to connect my own files now.

Summary: on Windows Server 2003 - you must use the console to start the service.

Thanks to all who have provided advice, etc.

  • Failed to start service vCO today, which was OK

    Hi guys and experts of vCO,

    I had a problem starting the service of vCO. The vCO is on a LinuxSUSE OS.

    I've done several times, but always failed to start the service, if the server vco is on all tabs are green on the page of configuration of the vco. When I clicked on the link service to start, it will take about 5 minutes and then saying "the server is started" in green letters, but still, the service is stopped. Only changes made recently that I remember is that I activated the "view web development" mode last week and restart the service (it worked), and when I disabled that today and try to restart once again, he stopped and cannot restart.

    Here are the logs of the orchestrator configuration:

    Yes, the screenshot seems good. It shows the storage used same as provided - I assume that this has been set up thick, that's fine... Is there any free space on the disk? SSH to the VA to confirm.

    Apart from perhaps running out of space, I'm not sure what is causing this problem - maybe a deployment is corrupted? Your snapshot - is that taken before questions: If so, you should probably try to return.

    If it was me, I cut my losses and try to deploy another device. So far, I had very good experiences with the device of the vCO and use it in multiple locations daily for my test/dev work.

    any idea? SSO service / inventory is started end

    Looks like the issue was a sso login incorrect being introduced in sql server password. Once I corrected the sso login password for the database, the vcenter service started very well.

    At least it worked in my situation.

  • Failed to start service presentation

    Hi, everything worked out, but now I can't start my presentation service. I tried with different RPDs to check that there are no problems with it. The error I get is "Could not create a user to Orcacle BI Server during starting connection." Please try again. Any thoughts?

    Thank you

    Hello

    Journal of presentation:
    Could not create a system for Oracle BI Server user connection during startup. Please check the error message and try again.
    Authentication failure.
    ODBC driver returned an error (SQLDriverConnectW).
    [nQSError: 10018] Access to the requested connection is denied.
    [nQSError: 43113] The message returned by OBIS.
    [nQSError: 43126] Authentication failed: invalid user/password.

    After several hours of debugging, we found as patterns locked DB/user MDS and obtained BIPLATFORM / expired. This is a parameter in Oracle DB which makes patterns or users to lock after a period of time. You can use the following to unlock the accounts:

    ALTER USER MDS ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
    ALTER USER BIPLATFORM ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

    If the password has expired you make it back to the password that is used during installation. Use the following syntax:

    ALTER USER IDENTIFIED BY Admin123 MDS;
    ALTER USER BIPLATFORM IDENTIFIED BY Admin123;

    That did the trick and we were able to connect to the OBI Referral Services.

  • Failed to start service to Xcode because of the license agreement

    Since the upgrade to 5.0.15 server, I have met some problems trying to start the service of Xcode, which prevents good start:

    When I tried to select Xcode by clicking Choose Xcode in the server window, after I chose/Applications/Xcode, I saw the message 'preparation to set the server to Xcode' and Xcode was launched. Xcode then displays a message indicating "Xcode requires permission to use accessibility for the user interface controls. "Click on request access to open system preferences add Xcode to the list of allowed applications to control your computer." When I click on Request Access, nothing significant happened. I opened System Preferences > accessibility manually, but did not know where to add to the list of Xcode. I didn't see any list under Interacting > keyboard, mouse and Trackpad, or switch control. None of the other sections seems to contain a list of applications either. After some digging around, I noticed that there is an entry in System Preferences > Security & privacy > privacy for Xcode for assistance that has been disabled. Check the box seems to have accomplished the goal here (fingers crossed).

    Server, and then displays the message "you must accept the terms of the licenseXcode. Restart Xcode and accept the software license agreement or choose another version of Xcode'.» When I launched Xcode, however, he showed not the license agreement. Delivering the xcodebuild-license sudo and sudo xcodebuild-license accepts commands in a terminal window do not appear to do this in the right way, because the server continues to display this message every time I chose the Xcode application.

    There must be some reason Xcode does not display the license agreement when I run the application, any server insists I did not accept the agreement despite having accepted several times.

    Any ideas?

    Potentially a bug known, according to the affected versions.   (Look for the license in the Xcode release notes).

    If the approach in the release notes does not work and If this existing thread does not work...

    .. then see if the brute force approach works...

    Turn off of Xcode,.app services.    Xcode remove the system.  Reset.  Reinstall Xcode, a new download (current) or a (current) version stored on another local system, launch Xcode, accept the license.  Then configure Server.app and see if he's happy now.

  • Failed to start service ICS in Windows Vista.

    Original title: NSI proxy service missing

    my ICS service does not start without the NSI proxy service running, but the problem is that it is absent. is their a goes back to add it manually in the registry?

    Hi cfreeman3,

    Given that the service is missing (missing) from the list of services, allows you to uninstall and reinstall the network card and see if it works.

    Step 1:

    Uninstall the drivers from Device Manager.

    a. click on start.

    b. type devmgmt.msc in search, and then press enter.

    c. expand network card in Device Manager, right-click on the devices one by one and select Uninstall.

    d. uninstall all devices, and then restart the computer.

    Step 2:

    Log on to the computer or the device manufacturer's Web site and install the latest drivers from the network.

    Update drivers: recommended links

    I hope this helps!

  • Failed to start service to power?

    It would seem that the inabilitly to start the service of power is the reason I can't view or edit my power management.  When I try manually start the service of power, the system responds with Access Denied.  I'm admin on a stand-alone computer (a Dell Precision M4400).  I did a powercfg - RestoreDefaultSchemes and have been able to access the power management (and the power supply Service is running).  After a reboot, power management is then went and the service of power supply is interrupted.  The event viewer indicates that the Service of power supply could start.  Once more, later, I try to start the Service of power, he responds with Access Denied.  I looked EVERYWHERE to find a way to control these permissions with no luck.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Simple little fix for me was to go into the Device Manager , delete all ACPI devices and allow windows to reinstall the drivers.

    If I restart the virtual computer, the service starts successfully. I checked before I reboot and the correct GPO shows such as applied. Entries in the event viewer indicates that the GPOS are detected and applied (and this is confirmed by the political group management snap-in). After the virtual machine restarts, there is an entry in the event log application that start the service of Persona that was not present on the initial startup (once the machine has been fully implemented). If the Persona service does not start, the user won't be able to connect for 10-15 minutes, after which they will have a blank desktop and the taskbar with no icons (it's on windows pro 8.1).

    I could script restarts the virtual machines, but that should not be something that needs to be done.

    Suggestions on where else to look at?

    The problem ended up being the master VM that children have been cloned wasn't in the OU to run persona. Once I put in the unit ORGANIZATION appropriate, forced a group policy update and restarted; the persona service started successfully on the master. Took a snapshot and recomposed in the pool and everything works as expected.
