• Camera to call and wait for the photo?

  First post on these forums, but I've been lurking here for a while. I have a simple question that can have a simple answer, and I hope someone here can enlighten us on this issue.

  I'm looking to call the camera of my application, I can do it quite easily. In addition, I have a listener of filesystem implemented seeking a .jpg file saved after that the user takes a photo. Here are the relevant lines of code (more or less):

  My problem is I want to access and extract the image from the camera in a way series application, then I would like my request for locking/blocking/wait until what the auditor has identified a new image file. I believe that this is possible, but I'm not familiar with how to do it. In my debugging experience, at least on the Simulator, invokeApplication is threaded (asynchronous) and my request is still ongoing in the background, even if the camera application is active and on the foreground. I tried to add a dummy while loop after the call to Invoke that checks whether my application is in the foreground (using isForeground) but has not lead me on the path.

  I'm working with JDE 4.6.1 and 4.7. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Thanks again for your response. I'm really not in one of the videos/images . You can always check my github profile (www.github.com/filmaj), which also contains my range of PhoneGap - it contains the latest code of BlackBerry for our project. In addition, PhoneGap is completely open source and under license by virtue of the MIT, which is pretty liberal, so feel free to grab the code and play with it / use it at your leisure!

  Thanks for the info on the thread of events, which is very insightful. And Yes, almost all PhoneGap runs on the event Thread (except for the recovery of the resource - two resources the application external or local-unit, i.e. the pages html, css, js, images, etc.). It is indeed a difficult situation, but I think I have the solution, but it does not actually the code Java of BlackBerry. I think I can actually solve this problem as soon as the end of JavaScript.

As done previously, using the same approach, catch us the event "getCookie" and fill it with the contents of the Java vector we populated earlier. It finally passed into the web page's JavaScript.

  I had a problem - I hope regular -: just after the app crashed, I can't open the project im working on more. The console reports a failure of JavaScript. I work with the version Edge Animate 2014.1.1

  I tried several tutorials ( How to fix corrupted files EA - Tutorial #3TE) a read a lot o f messages but I'm still not able to solve this problem.

  Anyone can take a lokk at the project and might have a hint? I'm almost going crazy at the moment...

  Probably caused by edge when fonts are added.

  Go to the edge.js and remove links from fonts there.

• Have the upgrade to 5.0 and now when I load some sites I get javascript application say warning of failure - what is the problem

  Since upgrading to Firefox 5.0, some websites of returns an error message. JavaScript application is the title and the failure of the assertion message. I found some sites that where information is being downloaded that page hangs until the Refresh button is clicked.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).

• failure of pre-flight print saved PDF files through the "save under" function because of the current JavaScripts

  How can I disable using JavaScript in a PDF file that is saved with "Save as" option? PDF files print via postscript and distill are without JavaScript. PDF files that contain any JavaScripts fail the printing process before the flight and so we need to know how to disable all the JavaScripts in a PDF file even if Save as function is used to generate a PDF file.

  I looked a little more on it, and regardless if you're reviewing post-processing routines or not, it seems that FM now always writes a javascript model when you use the SaveAsPDF routines. The script is actually empty, that is, it identifies the source as coming from FM, and here is the script embedded in the PDF document [he hasn't]:

• I like Firefox, I got Chrome as Firefox won't open Javascript for hulu. I've tried everything.

  After auto upgrade of worm to worm 25 24, javascript stopped working in firefox and will not allow. Have tried every fix I could find in the forum more deleting java and reload, removing all plugins except java, cleaning registry of all references to firefox and reload it and many others. No work. My Internet Explorer and Chrome work very well on all sites and gmail where firefox will not. Suggestions more. Thanks in advance. I have Windows Ultimate on AMD dual core with 4 GB of memory. • Pogo & bridge base online sites, kicked by the window javascript without error message or of wrnings; requiring reloading. IT OFTEN!

  Since June and all 3 or 4 FF updates; I got updates Java, Adobe Flash, of big Windows 7 and my Avast antivirus program. Since then, I had a lot of problems with the bridge Pogo.com and Bridge Base Online game; When I used 2 power play games. Now, I can't even finish a game without being launched.

• Infinite scroll (javascript) seems to bug after 14.0.1 update

  For some reason, the infinite.js is not kick in for me when I'm hosting these fonts load. (Normally NoScript blocks downloads of fonts of the sites that I have not previously defined on "of trust".)

  We prefer that you could switch to experience this:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the filter box, type or paste gfx and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled to switch to false.

  (4) in a tab with the joelix.com site, use Ctrl + Shift + r to force a reload that bypasses the cache. Then, try the test Ctrl + end. Any change?

  So does that mean if it is correct? I'm not sure. Maybe something in the script is not designed for pages that change fonts?

  Every time I open Firefox I get this Application JavaScript error: TypeError: text is not defined.
  For now, I have my disabled add ons and restarted with the same result.
  Re installed my JavaScript, with the same result.
  When I went back to check my Add ons, all my plug-ins have disappeared.
  Said that my Javascript has been disabled due to version problems. It is after that I had to uninstall all versions of Java and had reinstalled Java from your difficulty.
  I like my Fire Fox. Everyone says go to Chrome and I don't want Chrome, I want my Fire Fox works correctly. Is not adversely make my browsing, but never had this problem and am having a problem with the patches that are given.
