• Incorrect IMEI in Motoblur account online and other problems

  My first Atrix lasted a few weeks due to a problem of speaker and has been changed (so an IMEI change). I had frequent problems with the mail out from the phone - sometimes the emails go straight, sometimes afetr a few hours, sometimes not at all. I am aware that it is a problem acknowledged in the USA and Orange UK have countered the problem on an Atrix with their technicians.

  Today, I logged on my account Motoblur to track my phone that I had had problems with the application Android MapmyRide. When I logged I found the IMEI number on the account was incorrect and I have been unable to "find my phone". I'm pretty sure I could follow him in the past but is not sure that it is with the newer phone.

  Another point to note: my motoblur account says I need to download the new software for it by clicking the button on the account to send a message on the phone - I did several times in the last three days without message on the phone. Update the software of the phone also fails and it's going in a vicious circle of the search for an update and no final results. GREAT! I guess that this problem is related to the incorrect IMEI.

  email address was like my address of profile... until I went forward with the master reset last night. Lost all the apps that was what I was trying to avoid (but had written a long list before wiping the phone).

  The reset seems to have succeeded, I reused the old username and password, the software update also went through OK and the IMEI is now correct.

  BUT... some of the apps no longer appear in full screen; Your Orange (latest version), Pocket (secure storage), Solitaire (entertainment favorite girls). All show to about 2/3 of size which is annoying and makes Orange your almost unusable. Any suggestions?

  Please create an account on your computer and then configure the account on your phone using our online facility of MOTOBLUR account. In order to create an account on your phone, you must have a WiFi connection or 3 G. An edge data connection works generally as the data is moving too slowly and the connection timeout.

  As long as I can remember, I had a gmail under Motoblur account accounts and also a Gmail in other accounts. They are the same account. For a little while now it seems that I get two alerts for both accounts when I receive by e-mail. I have contacts that are synchronized from google. What account can I delete and not screw up the synchronization of contacts or email, or both should be there.

• Unable to sign on my MOTOBLUR account after the factory restore

  After seeing that I wasn't getting updated and no could not remove all the accounts on my CLIQ, I did a factory restore and tried to sign in with my existing MOTOBLUR account. An error message pops up saying that the session has expired or the password is incorrect.

  The password cannot be wrong, because I can access my account online. The message appears whenever I'm trying to connect. I use only a wifi connection.

  To sign in blur, you will need to use 3G or wifi. You said you use wifi, make sure that the wifi icon is on the notification bar. If this is not the case, press menu and you can set it here when you register in blur of installation. If you still can not sign trying to join a 3G area, and then try again. The time-out error is saying that you don't send fast enough information on the server of blur. Password error appears but is not always the problem. If you arrive at sign always used the password and then follow the instructions to reset, then try again. Make sure that you use an e-mail address that you will be able to receive mail from.

  You can swap sim cards, but you will need to re-enter the motoblur password associated with the phone to continue using it. Unfortunately, I don't think that you can swap accounts motoblur without a factory reset of the phone.

  I just tried to add my hotmail account and let the phone automatically configure (left of the box checked). I managed and can send or receive emails.

  Dear teammates from MICROSOFT Technical support,

  Problem: My adapter WiFi and TP LINK router N existing (TL-WR940N) COULD NOT catch up with updates of Windows 8.

  To make my ASUS existing NOT PU detect/locate the mentioned router device.

  Solution: After harassing on the updates for TP LINK router, my WiFi is back on as usual.

  Suggestion: Windows 8 to consider this issue before the next update.

  So here's my story... I have provided zero factory, and everything was going well until the moment where I had to connect my motoblur account. When I logged on facebook, I noticed that instead of the Nice welcome message were characteristic of fb motoblur it just went to a cache of page that explains just read success!, I went and clicked done and then the same thing happened to twitter, but I thought everything was fine... I went and installed a few applications on the market, the top of the screens and other things and when I added my Social status widget I noticed it says to add a SOCIAL NETWORK (as if I had not added a network already)... I clicked on accounts and went on the facebook account, I had already logged in and noticed that the username is blank and the password used *... I clicked on save and got a message saying: ERROR ADD ACCOUNT. USER name SHOULD NOT BE EMPTY... same with my Twitter... and I can't sign in to any service motoblur...

  need help here since I use motoblur much... should I factory reset again?

  UPDATE: HARD RESET FIXED!

What I want to know is if there is a time limit for how long between password attempts failed the counter is reset. ACS retains an infinite number of the race and after failed attempts the account determined locks if there were 2 minutes or 2 weeks between failed attempts or there at - it some time, after which the failed attempts are disabled?

  There is no timetable associated with it. If the user enters an incorrect password 5 times in a row (by default) over a period of time, the account is disabled.

  ACS maintains a counter of the current number of connection failures for each account in its database, and it resets it to 0 if there is a successful connection. Theoretically, you can connect 4 times incorrectly, wait a year, and as long as your database is still intact connection again with an invalid pw and the account will be disabled.
