  I have problems getting my sbRIO 9606 to deploy.

  Everything's fine until during the deployment process, I get this:

  Deployment of sbRIO 9606 chassis (sbRIO-9606)
  LabVIEW: (Hex 0x80DF001E) could not find the plug-in for this deployment item. Make sure that the appropriate software is installed.

  I tried to reinstall LV (ensuring that FPGA & RT deployment options are checked) and the 9606 software shipped, but it made no difference. I'm still waiting my next serial key by NOR, I have to wait that I recorded it before I can deploy?

  In time real 11 is installed according to the recommended software battery installation program included on the disc NEITHER RIO provided in the starter pack.

  The problem is that the recommended Software NI Scan Engine 3.0 installation program.

  The sbRIO 9606 does not support scanning engine.

  Once the scanning engine support has been uninstalled, I could deploy on my 9606.

  Just migrated my x 32 to x 64 TS2014 TS2013 LV2013 & apron & LV 2013 x 64. I'm now trying to build a new installer for deployment for my test stations, but LV RTE SP1 F5 does not appear in the components for deployment, even if it is properly used as adapter labview Teststand sequence editor... why?

  I can see RTE SP1 F3, but not F5...

  If please see attached picture to see my setup teststand (showing the labview adapter) and the list of parts available in the deployment utility.

  Rebuild the base solved this. Must have not totally previously executed SQL.

  First of all, excuse my knowledge using IDM. I thinapp had a number of successful applications and work a treat at the launch, they have problems with some when rebuilt to use IDM for deployment. These thinapp'd deliver applications on the local desktop (folder C:\ProgramData\VMware\Identity Manager Desktop\thinapp) but fail to run correctly. MobaXterm 9 is an example of an application. My understanding is that, if a thinapp had starts and works correctly, it should be no different when sent via IDM, right?

• Correct portgroup self-selection for deployment

  I do a workflow deployment where the workflow itself decides many of the InputParameters (InputParameters) for deploying effective, based on selections from presentation-entries like 'Security Zone', 'Type of environment', etc. of redundant storage required.

  Based on all of these contributions, the scripts 'knows' what cluster to deploy on (hardcoded). He selects then automatically a host (randomly), checks its status, and if it is under maintenance, it selects another. Finding it is a store of data appropriate to correct type, selects the one with the most free space, but also takes into concideration that data warehouses will not be filled above 80%. Provisions of the model, and then adds more ram (If selected), cpu (If selected), add additional hard disks, partitions and then inside the machine virtual etc etc.

  The script works very well and ut saved tons of time on deployment. But there is an information boring litte, that I still have to provide, and it is the portgroup. I would like the script to select the portgroup based on only a VLAN ID given when starting the workflow (presentation), because it would make the script more "self-service" friendly and accessible to other people in the Organization and not only vmware admins because they are knowing what exchanges going with wich hosts/clusters etc. Other parts of organizations concentrate more on placement in areas of security and VLAN, type of environment etc., placement no cluster physical and virtual networks.

  I have several clusters/hosts, some of which are connected to vSwitches and are connected to dvSwitches and some connected to both and I also have different dvSwitches. VLAN 600 could be part of several dvSwitches, but under different name - PG for each dvswitch. It could be called 'P_600' on a dvSwitch and PRD_MGMT on another dvSwitch for other cluster host. And it is very easy to make selections at presentation showing the deployment of CLUSTER D1, then by mistake or confusion (at least for nonadmins) select PRD_MGMT instead of P_600, causing the deployment connect the network to a host no visible switch, causing the deployment fails on the operations of jondomain etc. This is the reason I want the script to do this part itself.

  What I need is a piece of code using a cluster or host as an input, find all the switches to which this host is connected (both standard and distributed). Then loop through all the exchanges on these switches and find a portgroup with the VLAN ID and return this portgroup like VC:Network or VC:DistributedVirtualPortGroup based on what move he was found in specified.  But I could find no way to do what I wanted to use the default API availlable.

  I also tried to change my wishes and some automatism be "hardcoded" that would work also, as part of the cluster (but not like fancy) and do a pice of code taking a dvSwitch specified in hard or vSwitch, hollow loop all exchanges and find the portgroup with VLAN ID good, returning ito a VC variable : Network or VC:DistributedVirtualPortGroup, but I couldn't get that to work either. At least not for dvSwitches, which is used to 90% of all deployments... I can't find a way to work to do this.

  Anyone know how this could be done? In short, how can I loop through all of the exchanges on a dvswitch and return one with a specified ID of VLAN? Any help is appreciated!

  This code takes an input string (dvSwitch) parameter number (vLAN) and locates a portgroup successfully with the vLAN gave on the dvswitch with his name defined as string dvswitch, this script makes exactly what I look for when it comes to dvSwitches, because I have to hardcode what dvSwitch belongs to each cluster. It is possible to rework it still more to look at actually connected host/parent etc instead of hard-coding the dvswitch name, but with this code I can actually do the work, so that will probably have to wait for the next version of the workflow :-)

  Now, I just have a working for vSwitches solution too :-)

• How to configure firefox for deployment without group policy

  So my search resulted in my understanding there is no group policy for FF. I don't know FrontMotion Firefox, but I want to leave that as a last resort for now.

  I need to find a solution to add a location of CIP to the proxy but also to set the home page. I guess there is a preferences file in a location that I can modify and put all those who have the FF, but I was not able to find it.

  As far as I know Toshiba doesn't offer all packages except one and this is the package that contains several tools specific to Toshiba and utilities.
  All the other stuff that are proposed are simple drivers Toshiba-specific tools or utilities.

  I'm not very well why the HARD drive starts to malfunction in these times early in any case the party m can be replaced very easily and usually you don t we had to send the laptop to the ASP.

  Get in touch with an ASP and ask compatible HARD drive. If it s covered by the warranty, you should get so much for free, otherwise you will need to purchase these parts.

• Failure 0 x 61000031 for HP Deskjet 3520 printer?

  I'll put up my HP Deskject 3520 for the first time. Configuration information that I indicate that I am supposed to connect the HP printer, install the print cartridges and then turn it on. The printer display reads "printer failure 0 x 61000031 ' there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to receive this message, contact HP.

  I tried to turn the printer off and turning back on it (both connected to the computer with a USB cable and not). I always get the error message. The printer gives me even the screen to try a print test, calibrate, cartridges etc. When I try to lift the lid to check the cartridges, the printer indicates that the ink cartridge door is open, but it does not move the cartridges where I can take a peak at them. I just bought this printer today. Am I right in thinking that I should just take it back to the store and exchange for a new one?

  Given that the error occurs regardless of whether the USB cable is connected to my computer and that I myself never even at the stage where I could wireless configuration, I kind of doubt that it is important what operating system I use. However, if it's important, I use 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1.

• Looking for a map of derivation for the IDC sbRIO-9636 headers to access model IOs (or block)

  I have a sbRIO-9636 and you want to use for prototyping of something.  It has 2 headers of IDC 50 pin access to the many inputs/outputs. The problem is that pitch IDC Council is 2 mm instead of the more standard 2.54 mm (0.1 "). I want to access these IOs model, but all the map of derivation that I can find is 2.54 mm (side of header IDC). I did a lot of google search today but no luck so far.

  Is there an easy way to access these sbRIO IO model or a block of endings of the?

  I know that the product manager for the Single-Board RIO is still working on getting this displayed product to ni.com, but NEITHER has recently published a map of derivation IDC cable to the connectors of 2mm on Single-Board RIO.  A single derivation card can provide a Terminal screw to the headers of the e/s analog and e/s digital at the same time. The Board match the holes of the sbRIO-962 x and x sbRIO-963 and can be mounted on the underside of the Single-Board RIO with short cables of 2mm (included) to wrap around the map of derivation.

  I'm developing a BlackBerry app for my thesis, I need to test my device charging. Have received the keys to the RIM, I get the message "Unlisted" when you try to sign up with the execution API key.

• Failure of SQL replication for failover Unity4.03

  After 4.03 failover configuration, no SQL replication was the installation of the FOW. We have tried to re - run the FOW on the primary failover server but now always get the following error:

  Cannot progress any more away and the unit does not start.

  After looking at diag_failoverconfig_xx the file registers several failures at the end ' could not connect to the underlying database to aid: provider = sqloledb; driver = {sql server}; DataSource = ... etc"

  Here are the steps that I found to work to solve this problem.

  Secondary Failover Setup Wizard fails to complete on Windows

  2003 (WS03). A popup is produced and says:

  In SQL Server Enterprise Manager delete "(local) (Windows NT)" record from SQL Server. Create a new record of SQL Server that is associated with the server.

  1. open SQL Server Enterprise Manager on the secondary server.

  2. expand the tree for SQL server (it should be labeled as (local) (Windows

  NT)

  3. right click and select "Unregister SQL Server"

  4. check that the Registion server is deleted.

  5. Select and right click on SQL Server group.

  6. Select "new SQL Server Registration.

  7. Select the associated Active Server.

  8. Select the default settings.

  9. Repeat for the primary server.

  10 restart the primary and secondary server.

  11 rerun the Configuration Wizard of failover to the secondary server by the documentation.
