Last week I had my phone stolen and a few days ago some people contact me saying they're going to return my phone. My telephone is lost.

They used a fake site, where you put your apple ID, so they can unlock stolen phones

    The site is applesupport.lasd - appleid.com

I'm just the website statement so nobody gets his stolen data.

  • Use iPhone 7 more of Apple website

Have not yet seen the site of 7 more on the apple iPhone unlocked. However, I see the "Pay in full" option after you have selected the service provider. This means that the phone is unlocked and without a sim card? How is this different from the version without sim card normally, Apple sells. I should expect that Apple to come up with that version or buy it would be as well. Would need an active subscription with the supplier to buy the latest version of the phone?

These issues are best dealt with by Apple directly. In this way, you get "the" official response ". Call or visit an Apple store.

  • Connected with the fake apple on iCloud ID

On iTunes and AppStore I connected my correct apple ID but in icloud I don't know how some different apple id is connected, and I do not know the password of it. Im not able to disconnect from icloud, because it requires the password.

so, help me to understand this problem.

So if you go into settings, then on iCloud you are unable to scroll down, then click on logout without password?

  • fake apple support keeps popping up

Tabs are open on my macbook, which are Apple support, but I did not open them. They say I have a problem with my system. The tabs that are open are asking me to download more Mac products. I know that they are not legitimate, I want to just get rid of these pages who keep the opening. How can I get rid of this problem?

You may have installed ad-injecting malicious software ("adware").

Do not use any type of product, "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" on a Mac. It is never necessary for her, and relying on it for protection makes you more vulnerable to attacks, not less.

    Save all data first.

If you are not already running the latest version of Mac OS X, update or upgrade in the App Store you risk adware remove automatically. If you are already using the latest version, please log off or restart the computer. Still, some types of malware will be deleted, not all. There is no such thing as the automatic removal of all possible malware, either by OS X third party software. That's why you can't rely on software to protect you.

If the malware is deleted in your case, you will still need to make changes to the way you use your computer to protect you from new attacks. Ask if you need advice.

If the malware is not removed automatically, see below.

This simple procedure to detect any type of adware that I know. Disabling is a procedure distinct and better still.

Some legitimate software is funded by advertising and may display advertisements in its own windows or in a web browser while it is running. It's not malware and it may not appear. In addition, some Web sites display advertising intrusive popup that can be confused with adware.

If none of your web browsers work well enough to carry out these instructions, restart the computer in safe mode. The malware will be disabled temporarily.

    Step 1

Please triple - click on the line below on this page to select it, and then copy the text to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination:

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents

    In the Finder, select

Go ▹ go to the folder...

from the menu bar and paste it into the box that opens by pressing command + v press return. Open a folder named "LaunchAgents", or you will get a notice stating that the file cannot be found. If the file is not found, proceed to the next step.

If the folder opens, press the combination of keys command-2 to select the display of the list, if it is not already selected. Please don't skip this step.

There should be a column in the update Finder window. Click this title two times to sort the content by date with the most recent at the top. If necessary, enlarge the window so that all the content show.

Follow the instructions in this support article under the heading "take a screenshot of a window." An image file with a name starting in 'Screenshot' should be saved to the desktop. Open the capture screen and make sure it is readable. If this isn't the case, capture a small part of the screen indicating that what needs to be shown.

Start a reply to this message. Drag the image file in the editing window downloading. Alternatively, you can include text in the response.

Leave the case open for now.

    Step 2

Do as in step 1 with this line:

    /Library/LaunchAgents

The record which can open up will have the same name but is not the same as in step 1. In this step, the folder does not exist.

    Step 3

    Repeat with this line:

    /Library/LaunchDaemons

This time the file will be called "LaunchDaemons."

    Step 4

Open Safari preferences window and select the tab 'Extensions'. If the extensions are listed, post a screenshot. If there are no extensions, or if you cannot launch Safari, skip this step.

    Step 5

If you use Firefox or Chrome browser, open the list of extensions and do as in step 4.

  • Fake Apple Watch heart rate data

I noticed something very weird with my Apple Watch. I stopped wearing for 2 weeks and during that time, I allowed the battery on the Apple Watch battery elapse. After the week 2 period I rebooted my Apple Watch again and noticed in the health App on my iPhone, the Apple Watch was started by sending dummy data of heart rate for the period of 2 weeks of time my Apple Watch is absent.

Then I noticed after a few days when I wore my Apple Watch in the night he continued to send fictitious data of heart rate.

The only way I could solve this problem was restoring the latest backup watch.

    Everyone knows this?

I have the 42mm so curious sport model.

    Thank you

    Hello

I did not personally this experience with my watch (sport 38mm watch OS 2.2).

However, I may be able to provide a little insight into the question:

Apple Watch knows when it is connected to its charger and will not trigger the sensor even if prompted, it seems more likely to me that one-third of the app is written to your healthy heart rate data.

To check, go to the health > Sources and listed under 'Apps' there should appear a list of allowed applications to interact with and write data.

You can check that these applications are not write data.

All the best and by all means keep me updated!

  • If I buy a T-Mobile iPhone in the Apple website, it will come with the T-Mobile SIM and unlocked?

The SIM card is inserted inside or outside the phone booth? The model will be Global/A1688 and order numbers will follow the following criteria?

Silver with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB of storage are MKQY2LL/A, MKR42LL/A, MKR82LL/A, now with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB of storage are MKR12LL/A, MKR52LL/A and MKR92LL/a.. space grey with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB of storage are MKQX2LL/A, MKR32LL/A and MKR72LL/A. Finally, the Golden Rose with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB of storage are MKR22LL/A, MKR62LL/A and MKRA2LL/A.

If you buy an iPhone T-Mobile from Apple it will be locked to T-Mobile. But you can buy an unlocked Apple iPhone, then why would you buy a T-Mobile phone if you do not want to use it with T-Mobile? There is no difference in price.

  • Cannot download iPhotos on Apple Retail Store or the Apple website.

The reason or to do it is because I just upgraded my OS from 10.7 to Yosemite. The old iPhotos does not work. When I tried to download the new worm from the App Store, it prevents me from doing and motivated "update not available with this Apple ID". This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by another user or the item has been refunded or cancelled". In addition, as I am going through several rounds of back and forth, I also get the following error "these applications may not be accepted by your Apple ID. These purchases were already assigned to another list of purchase Apple ID. If you don't have access to this Apple ID and would like to receive future updates, you will need to buy the applications." However, I'm unable to locate iPhotos on any App (United States, Singapore, Belgium) store.

Here is some information more: I bought this iMac and all software in Belgium in 2011. At that time that my Apple ID was registered to US store. in 2013, I moved to Singapore and changed my ID to the Singapore store. I think that there is a problem.

One thing is clear: I did all the downloads and purchases using ONLY my ID Apple and nothing else.

How solve this problem and download or buy iPhoto?

    Help!

Here is some information more: I bought this iMac and all software in Belgium in 2011. At that time that my Apple ID was registered to US store. in 2013, I moved to Singapore and changed my ID to the Singapore store.

We have to "Accept" iPhoto, which comes preinstalled with Lion using an AppleID that is valid in Belgium.

You can still use the old AppleID? Then connect to the AppStore with the former AppleID Belgium, open the tab purchased appstore, accept that iPhoto this AppleID, install it.

If you can not access your AppleID Belgium more, contact Apple support.

Reinstalling iPhoto from the shopping page is the only way to update iPhoto to version 9.6.1, the version compatible only for Yosemite and later. And you can reinstall only, if you have a version of the App Store.  Apple has stopped the development of iPhoto and therefore stopped selling it.

Consider migrating to News Photos for Mac.  This application is the successor of iPhoto and comes free with Mac OS X 10.10.3 or any newer version of Mac OS X. You can open your iPhoto photo library library.

I then asked my friend for the number of apples and it was completely different. When I finally called Apple they said that it was impossible to get a virus. They helped me to reset my password and everything. Anyway, my web pages still looks diffétent, I always get redirect pages, I keep asking apple ID password and I get frequent calls to random numbers of State claiming to be Apple. I don't know what to do and my family think I'm being paranoid! Please someone help me.

  • alishanrealcon masquerading as apple?

So I was wondering if someone else has met a text of some 410, stating that, "you can't use your ID this process is completed" followed by a link that redirects you to an obviously fake version of the apple site, hosted on http://www.alishanrealcon.com/

Here are a few screenshots, and the site that I was redirected to (although I wouldn't recommend actually, you insert your apple on the page ID, unless you want to probably get your account stolen, as well as what be related to it.)

Here is the fake Apple website

I tried to contact the owners of alsihanrealcon, but I doubt they will reply anytime soon.

Yes, there are dozens, maybe hundreds of these posts here daily. All the scams to try to get you to reveal your personal and financial information.

  • Receipt email look suspicious, true or false?

I am very wary of this e-mail, when I clicked on the "manage my subscriptions" link, it took me a very suspicious copy looking for Windows live site, asking for my password. When I click on the links, he directs me to the Web site of apple through what seems to be a fake apple website. I have not given all the information that I don't think it's legitimate, and I have not bought these apps!

  • I want to upgrade my Safari v, but don't want to go to the Capitan - been on the website of apple for half an hour, how do I do this? Any suggestions?

I run 10.7.5 and want to update my browser safari only, do not go to Capitan. Find a Mountain Lion or Yosemite upgrade in the apple website? I watched for an hour? And Yes, I know I should have kept with upgrade... but don't want to go to Capitan, as my book air is very low.

Mountain Lion can be purchased on the Apple Online Store. If you have already not Mavericks or Yosemite from the Mac App Store, go into a physical Apple store and ask the version you want.

It is not possible to update Safari past 6.1.6 on Lion and 6.2.8 on Mountain Lion.

  • Fake sites?

    Hi everyone :-)

I want to know if there are fake sites to support Apple, Apple ID sites or other things?

If there are, how they look like? And Apple can bring down these sites?

    Goodbye :-)

There are things; they can be formatted to look very like the real pages, but of course is not the correct URL. What happens usually it is that you get an email or a message saying you need to 'check' your ID, or your ID has been suspended, or something similar, and gives you a link that seems OK but leads you to a fake site.

Without exception, all the pop ups, emails and text messages in saying that your ID Apple needs to be "verified", or that you have a virus, or that your Mac needs to 'clean', are scams designed to get personal information or to sell you unnecessary software.

If Apple never suspends your ID - which they would do only for security reasons - they write to you: you will discover only when you are trying to access and then you will need to contact them. Only ever go on an Apple website by entering the URL: never follow links in these messages, answer or phone numbers ring.

In the case of emails you can report them to Apple by sending them as an attachment to e-mail to [email protected] ; the fake URL can be detected in the message. Actually get taken down are difficult - much are run from countries where the rule of law in this case is vague.
