false emails sent from my account come back as undeliverable

Three days ago, I started to receive 'undeliverable return' e-mail accounts, I've never heard of and have never communicated with in the past. receive 20 or 30 returns one day.

I can put a password that prevents anyone send anything since my e-mail address.

As I was typing this other undeliverable 'return,', this is the message.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

People:

I recently moved to 10.9 after many years to 10.6... I have multiple e-mail accounts set up in the two [I have a triple boot MBPro 09]... but lately spend most of my time to 10.9. A number of times where I got Mail highlighted in my account at the top of the page, sent an e-mail to him... but the answer comes back to the account number two, reported as being on the second account? Check "sent" from the number an account shows that it was sent from this account. but the return/reply came back at number two and marked as ' of' the second. Both accounts are distinct types and it's a bit embarrassing to have that happen... Since "accounts" do not have "send as" or options "answer to" I don't know how this happens... In fact a few years ago, my wife running 10.6 MacBook had the same question... do not think that we have never solved this problem... so I think that it is a "known issue" with Mail... do not know what is "known" in this topic.

Thank you

Try mail/preferences/AccountType account information. Select an account, and then access the server of outgoing (SMTP) mail. In the menu drop-down select list server SMPT Edit. Then set up a server for each e-mail account that is associated with the e-mail address. Then go to each account and set this server as the Mail Server outgoing (SMTP). You can click on use only this server if you wish.

• emails sent from my account but not of/by me

On several occasions, I've found that emails have been sent from my email address but I don't not sent them. They seem to go to everyone in my contacts list and I know that when one or more fails to send. Emails are always to buy something online and have a website reference.

In addition, there are two contacts in my contact list that I never added and I can't delete them.

I have Norton 360 first Edition currently running.

I'd appreciate any help to overcome the problem of the "automatic" email

Dear all and Rim:

Emails sent from the device are not show to AOL "Sent Box" or "IMAP" Outlook Express / outgoing server "POP" record "SMTP."

Really need copies of "Sent Box", thanks for the help!

Also try to put in place 'BIS' accout, error message says:

"Your account is not accessed through a browser HTML...".

Please use your device to access the Black Berry Internet services"

I used this link:

Thank you,

Jan

For the mail issue seems to send me a copy is the only way to go, right?

This would be a solution.

And on the BRI, my test was on a PC, it did not work... Anyway, I was going to connect to the BIS to work on my question above, but seems that it does not help now, then it does not matter if I enter or not.

Well, it's quite strange... I just used who link me (from a PC) and get my BIS account very well. You can, however, use the interface for device BIS - watch this demo that I you provided above for instructions on this. BIS is simply a service provided by your operator. The PC/Web site method and device interface - these are simply two different interfaces in the same Department, so using one or the other is not serious... they cause the same thing.

Good luck!

Hello

You probably don't need to close the account, and you do not
specify which email provider that you use.

Are you sure of that emails have been sent to your account?
Will there be copies in the sent folder? Do you have courses anti -
protection against viruses in place?

• Hotmail compromised and the e-mail sent from the account (but not by me)

Hello.

My hotmail account was accessed by someone other than me. In addition, they sent an email on my behalf * of my own account * to a friend. As the content is of a sensitive nature, it caused a lot of trouble for me.

The person who consulted with my account was pretty sneaky to delete the email in the "sent" folder, but forgot the file deleted. If I was able to read and can say 100% that I never sent it me. I am very confused by the present.

I have changed my password, but I would go at the bottom of this. I would like to know how my email was consulted in the first place, and more important again, if there is a way to find who did this, then I can take the case more far and possibly prosecute legal, as I feel that my privacy has been violated.

I must point out that my password (at the time) has not changed. The one who did this, tact has left my account from what I can tell. Their agenda was just to send the mentioned e-mail, which leads me to believe that I probably know the person.

On a note more and probably another case, I have a problem confirming my security information for more secure my account so that this does not happen. I wanted to add another phone number and e-mail, but it just repeat myself that when I try and click on the tab "validate":

You added [email address] .com to your account, but it must be confirmed before you can use it.

Note: You can use your computer approved to confirm this information, the sign from this computer, go on the account overview page and then click on confirm next to this information.

I get a similar message when I try to confirm my phone number.

Thanks for any help, because I am very stressed out of all this.

I've had this year of email address and never been hacked before.

You might well be a misinterpretation of the events. Another explanation is that one of your friends has a malware infestation. The malicious software causes the computer to send messages to all persons named in their address book. The message is supposed to come from a person who is selected in the address book, but it's a subterfuge the message is actually the computer infected. This would explain why it is in your deleted items folder and not your sent items folder. Anti-spam on your computer defenses have identified the incoming spam message and put it where it belongs.

It is generally not easy to identify who has the infected computer. In the only case that I met, it was possible to narrow down the identity of the infected computer from the list of people who receive messages. A close examination of the list revealed a name that was not known to all the others, except for one who had the infected computer. Anti-malware running on the infected computer software ended the avalanche of annoying messages

You should be aware that what I have described is actually a very common way to distribute malicious software from one computer to another. Opening of the item deleted on your computer could lead to malware foothold on your computer and start a new wave of infected messages which, in this case, are sent from your computer to everyone in your address book. You must carefully check your computer for malware to make sure this does not happen or stop it if they started to be sent.

Start the computer in safe mode with network and download and install Malwarebytes (free version for individuals only), updated definitions and run in safe mode. Disable other security software while you do the analyses.

http://www.Malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

Download and run SuperAntiSpyware (Free Edition)
http://www.SUPERAntiSpyware.com/download.html

When talking to friends the problem, be very careful what you say that the charges can very quickly lose you your friends. Explain how you check your computer for malware so that they know how they can check their own computers. Let them do, and I hope that the problem will end.

• Emails sent from thunderbird arrive to spam, very well arrive sent e-mail web host.

I use 1and1 hosting for a provider of e-mail company website and the company. When I send emails to gmail accounts using the 1and1 interface they manage very well, but when I send them using thunderbird they arrive at the level of the junk e-mail folder.

I've confirmed this by sending to several different gmail addresses and company represents several I use in thunderbird. The same as always the case, emails sent to gmail via thunderbird are sent to spam, but those who are sent directly from 1and1 arrive perfectly.

Is there a setting in thunderbird that is causing this problem? I have tried Turing on and outside, anti-spam and antivirus put in mail electronic provider 1and1 but to little effect. Thank you in advance.

When you send via webmail goes directly from 1 & 1 webmail server.
When you send via thunderbird it goes via the smtp server.

It is possible that gmail is down your IP address that sends spam.
Try changing your IP address to test.

The SMTP server associated with the host of your domain, it is possible that the IP of your host (or range of IP addresses) can be on the black list of one or more of the known spam servers, based on other users of the same service.
A search on the web for the blacklist of email server will give you several sites that you can use to determine if your server is on ordinary black lists.

Send via webmail could pass through completely different servers with different IP numbers explaining why these emails are not be marked as spam.

Select e-mail to have it displayed in the messages pane.
Click on "More" and select "view source".
In the headers of messages that have been classified as spam, you can find the header information of spam by the mail scanner which has classified the message as spam, which may help to establish what is mark as spam.

• BlackBerry Smartphones how can I change my signature & other texts on my outgoing emails sent from my mobile?

When I bought my Blackberry Torch 9800 (2 years), I managed (somehow) add text by giving my name, my 2 companies Web sites & so that it appears at the bottom of every outgoing e-mail. At the same time, I've removed the text that says something like "message sent from my Blackberry".

Now I need to change the message (& also want to restore it's my Blackberry because it is what explains a brief answer when necessary.)

• I have two main e-mail accounts and mail is "forwarding" emails sent to one account to the other older account, they arrive a few hours later. Not sure why it's duplicate my emails at all. How can I stop this?

Kind of hard to explain in the title... who probably is meaningless.

Basically, I used to use a BTinternet email for any account. But over the years, I went to my iCloud email account. I have both implemented in mail because I still have the BTinternet account that is linked to many things, despite always use iCloud for the new things now.

However, when I get a message that was sent to my new iCloud account originally, it appear a new message in my BTinternet a few hours later. And it's quite annoying! Makes me think I have a new email, but this is the one I read Twitter.com.

It's as if there's some rule set up causing Mail to transmit all messages sent to my email from iCloud, to my BTinternet email. I have no idea why this is happening. There is no actual 'rules' put in place for this in my Mail preferences. Don't know what it could be.

Any ideas?

Check iCloud.com/Mail, click on the gear at the bottom left, select Preferences, then accounts. The iCloud account is set up to transfer emails?

• Email sent from Ziggo to icloud email addresses do not arrive

From Saturday 12:00 THIS my ziggo email that I updated my icloud email addresses to forward doesn't to icloud.

Any other mail sent directly from my ziggo addresses also won't happen.

All mail to other areas (so don't not me.com/icloud.com) of ziggo has no problem and happens almost instantly.

It seems that the enamel of ziggo areas somehow got on the black list or something.

Ideas anyone?

I would suggest calling Apple support and informing them of this.
