  And you have a pre-installed OEM license or a retail license?

  If it is an OEM preinstalled contact license (Acer, Toshiba, etc.), the manufacturer and, ask them if you have a recovery Partition and if so, how to use it to reinstall the operating system to a new State by pressing F10, F11, or a sequence of different at startup button. or if you do not have a recovery partiiton asked to send you recovery disks, what they should do for a small fee.

  Or ways above to reinstall the operating system normally requires your share product key information

  9.99 $ per month, you will always have the version the most up-to-date of Photoshop. For what you would pay for a version that is 3 versions back and is no longer updated, you can always have the latest version for the next five years. No upgrade ever.

I would like the proc run on SQL Server, but don't want my page of FC wait for the results before we continue, I want just the code that follows the proc will run while the database server do it is something silently in the background.   You could try to create a job that calls your long-term stored procedure. In the CF, call the sp_start_job system stored procedure to start your work. I think sp_start_job returns at the start of the task, not when the work is complete, but you will need to test this.
