I suggest you do the hard reset first: connect your phone to wall charger and when turned on, remove the battery and leave it for 10 minutes. Reinsert the battery, switch on and check if you can use the camera now. In some cases, the media card is the cause. So you want to remove your media card to see if it has the camera effect.

You can check the status of the camera using BlackBerry Expert virtual: choose a test > front and rear camera test.

    When I see apps like ProShot and Nokia camera and features they provide on Windows phones, I really feel that a lot could be done with the camera of 10 of BlackBerry.     I can't find an answer on this. Feel free to point me to a post previous or new OS version conversation that covers this.

    The new passport for Blackberry is a timer for the camera function. What is a feature of OS or hardware? It seems this would be a BONE, it should be available on the Z10, too.  I think that the Passport is running 10.3, but I have not seen anyone that's 10.3 load on another device indicate that the camera now has a timer function.

    To sum up, three questions:

    -What Passport OS run?

    -made BONE to give the camera the timer function?

    -If so, is that OS loaded on my Z10 enable this feature?

    It is a feature of OS 10.3 and not exclusive on the Passport. I have a Z30 running OS 10.3.0.1052 and it has the peculiarity (which is accessible by opening the camera by pressing the three points at the bottom right).

  • BlackBerry Z10 camera asking constantly for iCloud password

    Hello.  Greetings to all.  I'm new to this forum.  I have Z10, bought the relase day, Feb 10.  I have iCloud (Apple) account and have all my default calendar, contacts with this account information.  When I synced for the first time, all my entires of calendar and contacts appeared.  Subsequently, every now and then, peripheral Z10 asks the iCloud password, which is very frustrating.  Any solution for this?  Please suggest me.

  • BlackBerry Z10 camera in use, can't use the camera

    I have 4 programs that use the camera and now nothing works as it says that the device is used with another program.  I've deleted all the programs, but still couldn't use my camera phone.  I have given all the programs I deleted and still no change.  Any thoughts?

    Programs that use the camera are Panorama 360, waze, flashlight and Skype.  I kept offshore for contact problems associated with Skype Skype

    What operating system do you use? Have you tried to re - start the phone after removing the above programs?

    I don't know when and why it started, but my flash is not working when I take pictures in dark places.

    I can't put in seting flash ON or OFF. The option is inactive.

    I tried the app BB virtual Expert. It works is to test the flash and the camera takes pictures with flash.

    I think some app has changed the 'register' in the OS. I uninstalled all the 'Free Flash' a 'torch', but it still does not work.

    Can you help me?

    It's because of the shooting mode selected. Menu flash is active in the 'normal' only shooting mode. In any other mode shooting long process enabled so device cannot use flash such long period of time

  • Password blackBerry Z10 camera stuck 'on '.

    Failed to add a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account to my Z10. Since then, the device requires a password to unlock. Under Settings/Security and privacy/device password, it says "political COMPUTER requires password device to be together.", and the on / off toggle is grayed out.

    I want to disable the device password. There is no Exchange account for me to remove the device because adding that he had failed.

    To clarify, under settings > accounts there is no account balance?

    If you drag to the bottom of the top of the window (where you see the settings, Bluetooth, Wi - Fi etc.), you see a Briefcase icon or the icon of the balance? If Yes, are you able to tap into? You see the icon of deletion?

  • BlackBerry Z10 camera cannot be started

    Well when I restart the device, the device starts, but the background is all black as if something is blocking the violence... Then when I close the application icon of the camera becomes transparent, and cannot be opened. The second time I open it it says camera cannot be opened... I did everything, including for sure... Nothing works... Help, please?

    What I would honestly recommend returns to the unit. Being a nine, you don't need the headaches of something doesn't work is not out of the box like that. Exchange it for a new job.

    Hi, I recently bought a new Blackberry Z10 camera. I started setting up. I wanted to create a Blackberry user ID if I entered an email address that I use frequently. I got an error message stating that the e-mail address is already in use. I thought that I never used a Blackberry ID/product/service forward. I couldn't understand why this email address was used, then after you have re-entered it a few times I decided to try using another email address that I use as often. I put the BBID using another email address, however I have not confirmed it yet. A few hours later, I realized why Blackberry gave me an error message on the first email address, I tried to use. On two or three years I created BBM on my Iphone with a Blackberry ID for text messaging. I used a couple of times and didn't use it thereafter. The next day I went in my email account to see the email confirmation for the BBID I put in place a few days ago. Rather than confirm the BBID, I saw an option: If you did not create or do not recognize this account, remove this BlackBerry ID. Which is what I did. I deleted it. Because I didn't use this BBID. Then I tried to connect the Z10 with the BBID, I created three years ago (before logon on the phone I have to reset my password on the site Web of Blackberry). I could not log in with the old BBID, I created while all the information is correct (I can log on to the Web from Blackberry site, see my profile and settings). The phone tell me the username and password is wrong when I click on the button check that it is just for the opening session with my information screen. The problem is that the phone keeps the profile settings and e-mail address since when I put in place a few days ago and I can't get rid of it, because it is associated with the phone. I read on the forum somewhere, that, in order to get rid of a BBID who is on the phone, I would need to do a reset and community support of Blackberry. Not sure if this is true. The issue is when I try to do that, I have to enter the password that I deleted so I'm stuck BBID. Don't know what to do. I'm all new to Blackberry and would appreciate any support you could give me to solve this issue.

    This means that the device must execute the last branch 10.3.2.xxxx of the operating system, which includes the anti-theft function required by the Government, which requires that before a device is deleted, the anti-theft function BBProtect be first to be defeated before the wipe.     Remove the battery for about 90 minutes and reinsert. You may need to do a couple of times.

    On the z10 blackberry, sometimes you can't get out the camera... for some reason any the shot does not do anything and you're stuck out there. The only way out is by clicking on the photo album and then get out of there!

    Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

    One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

    Problem: BlackBerry Z30 stuck in a reboot loop

    Comments/Details:

    1. when it is connected to the wall charger, the red LED flashes for a few seconds, the display shows "BlackBerry" name. After that,.

    Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

    Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

    However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

    I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

    I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

    I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

    I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

    Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

    No SIM or media inserted in it.

    Charge the unit and check if all functions work fine.

    The Z10 and the PC have the same email address and when someone sends me an email it appears on the PC and the BBRY.

    I talked to Suddenlink, they tell me it is eather a problem BBRY or AT & t. AT & T tells me that this is a problem Suddenlink and support BBRY let's just say that English is not their first language.

    This is not a fault BLackberry, when you send an email to the same address, the e-mail appears in the sent and Inbox on the Z10, it also gets sent to the computer.
