Cannot access Mode without failure and the FBI FALSE Virus
Somehow, I had this Fake FBI Virus that requires you to pay $200. When I load my computer it will automatically load to the top of this Page of FBI Fake me NO access to my computer. I am acutall on a different computer now and I read some info on it. I unplugged my internet cable in the hope that the safe mode might run with it is connected and without it but when I load only restarting my computer safe mode. If I load it with network or command prompt layout it doesn't load even upward. When I do normal safe mode that need me for my login password screen, then said that he stops and forced restarts taking me to the regular connection not safe mode and if I connect it will just take me to the page again. But if I unplug the internet, it seems that the page does not load, but I still have no access to my computer with a white screen page.

The following comes from user stevejobsfan0123. I made minor changes to adapt to this presentation.
Difficulty of pop-ups in browser that support Safari.
Common pop - ups include a message saying that the Government has taken over your computer and you pay release (often called "Moneypak"), or a false message saying that your computer has been infected and you need to call a number of tech support (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it to be resolved. First of all, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and that your computer has not been assigned. This "hack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so don't pay not money, call number, or provide personal information. This article will give an overview of the solution to remove the pop-up window.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go by clicking 'OK' or 'Cancel '. In addition, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in grey, including the option to leave Safari. You'll probably force quit Safari. To do this, press command + option + ESC, select Safari, press on force quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you restart Safari, the page will reopen. To avoid this, hold the "Shift" key when opening Safari. This will prevent windows since the last time that Safari was running since the reopening.
It will not work in all cases. The SHIFT key must be maintained at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window is displayed again. In these circumstances, after force quit Safari, turn off Wi - Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then restart Safari normally. He'll try to reload the malicious Web page, but without a connection, it will not be able to. Leave this page by entering a different URL, i.e. www.apple.com and try to load it. Now you can reconnect to the Internet and the page that you entered is displayed rather than the malicious.

I have a question where a hacker uses HP drivers installation files of windows to do the following:
Entry is gained by feeding information to the windows clock a small hp.cat file that creates a user and privileges. Once in the pirate will set up a device to print either the status bar that is not used by your current printer, such as tray 2 or the duplex unit. Using the device virtual hp they created will send copies of all printed to your printer to an somewhere free email account like yahoo to your next connection. For example, if the mail is a yahoo account, they will have a cookie in your browser whenever you reboot the computer for yahoo and when you have internet access will check the time on your machine and synchronize the data. I struggled with these pirates for about 3 months and when I work to keep their they load my computer by viruses, bot and same programs encrypted drives on machines. Immediately after their withdrawal from the first time they have used the clock to import and execute a bios.inf that erases all the data of your license, then from a command prompt will all the rollback windows updates. The latest drivers are the drivers of hp officejet 7300 +. I've seen other hp drivers used to create virtual devices of fat the next time too. Has anyone seen elsewhere this type of activity and is there a protection? Firewalls offer no protection nor spyware program since the script also creates a vpn, then they activity is regarded as being on the local network.
Any suggestion would be appreciated,
Greg ElderI guess if I could find a way to stop installing some drivers would help. It uses hp to as a source for install packages if the packages are not there.
Maybe if I could choose myself updates would be good but if I do not install the Update Manager then install for me. I hope that since he likes hp drivers then well maybe someone will recognize his work. Look at these few lines of code. Protection against that would be nice too. Firewalls won't do any good because it is regarded as being on the local network after the seeding of the root file.

IPhone hacked, how to deepen the control of location services?
So my router, mac and iphone got hacked, more than likely by the FBI. They were investigating a person in my building, but it has proved to be a dead end. Apparently, they decided to illegally monitor me. My location service is initially resembled the image as an attachment, with the error message of the filling. Now, I can't even access the tab "Location services" because it is faded and I can't draw in this. I would like to get information from my phone to apple because I am sure that my phone has been violated by an iMessage randomly that I received. Any ideas on how I can have apple examine how he missed their OS 9.3 on my phone? The other problem is that I'm in Puerto Rico, where there is no apple on the island store and I won't be back on the Mainland for some time.
I also sent the screenshot of iMessage in question to the [email protected] but did not receive an automatic reply, so I don't know if apple never received. In any case, to check if it has been received?
Unless you have jailbroken your iPhone, it could not have been hacked away. There is no way to "violate" an iPhone via a random iMessage. If iMessage takes you to a link that asks you if you want to install a profile and press 'Ok', there are a limited number of things that anyone could join. To check this, go to settings > general > device management and delete everything that you are not familiar with.

Scam Microsoft - can he hack my computer?
My problem: over the last few months, I received many calls from people who exploit a scam on my computer at risk. I got about 6 calls. I gave them access to my computer. These people are very insistent that I do what they tell me or I lose my Microsoft account.
Today, my computer went through a series of downloads. I am sure that my computer downloads the necessary updates, but today was different. Several programs have been downloaded, including a virus program. This program was called system healer and had a tech support number. This number was 844-993-1496. After the programs (I've seen the new icons on my desktop) downloaded many small screens pop up stating that I have a day to call technical support to the 800-717-3958 or I will lose all my data.
Is it possible that these hijackers put a virus on my computer when I don't give them remote access? I am very concerned by my data be hacked! Any help or information anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
No, as long as you allow access these crooks from phone to your computer, there is no way they could "hijack" your computer.
I doubt very much that this new system healer which his suddenly had installed program has been downloaded or offered through Windows Update.
I suspect that you recently downloaded something else and this healer system was delivered with such a download.
However, you must uninstall system healer now and, of course, do not call this phone number false spam.
Please see How to remove system healer (uninstall Guide)
If you can not do step 1, proceed to the following steps.
Note: HitmanPro scanning may not be necessary.
See you soon,.

Proceed to a very thorough check for malware and then change your password by e-mail.
It is possible for a person to send the email that 'seems' to be of your
account but that is not really - called "Spoofing." That means its 'Possible' emails
were not really you, although they may have your contact list. Have someone
