  I have a text wrap the problem. I created an Alpha channel in Photoshop on a pic and placed in Indesign and wrapped text. Problem is that the text wrapping is quite different from the Alpha channel created. It's never happened before and I use it all the time. Ideas?

  If the image is placed on the page:

  

  Drag the symbol at the top right in a paragraph before that the first line is ignored when the text is wrapped.

  I suggest to save all the settings (wrapping text, the position of an object of anchroed, etc.) in the Styles of an object as it makes it easier to do global settings later.

  I don't know what Firefox has to do with the e-mail...

  In Thunderbird, if you dial using HTML and use Insert | Image, the appearance tab seems to offer text packaging options.

  If you don't see the Menu bar, hold down ALT, press v and under the toolbars ICT the menu bar check box.

  I have never used myself these packaging options, so I can't speak for how well they might work.

  Hello. I am trying to format a table, so that when I hit it, it moves to the bottom of the page and the bumps any text underneath down as well (that is if you can see the whole table and all text at any time)

  However, the only options I seem to have are moving with the text > inline with the text. The first part is what I want, but having the means of inline with the text of table than all text below it floats UNDER the table, and you can't read it.

  PIC 1 - My only option when "move with the text" is selected. As you can see all the other features are also grayed out.

  

  Photo 2 - I want now, select above and below, but when I select something other that in line with the text...

  

  PIC 3... it jumps to stay on the Page option is not what I want.

  You can have a floating table in v4.3 Pages ' 09 that moves before the text typed before it, but this feature has not been added to any release of v5 Pages. Simply set the table in the Wrap Pages ' 09 Inline with the text Inspector, and object causes the film if you wish.

  The question that I will have (and frankly, have frequently), it is that when I have a table or an image embedded in a Pages document, I have problems affecting this table or an image to "move with the text" Format--> arranges--> object--> move with text placement, inevitably the option 'dressing' going on to "in line with text." But I don't want "inline with the text" option is selected, I want the text to wrap around the image. After scouring the other threads, I found the idea that it has to do with the provision of two-sided objects, and that the image or table should be sent to the front to make it possible. However, these options are completely grayed out during this effort together.

  I'm under v5.6.1 Pages on 10.11.3. Table and image in the screenshot below have wrapping of text around the value and purpose of investment for both is stay on the Page. Get a text wrapping. Is this your goal of flow?

  The problem with GoLink is, if there is no space in the text of goLink, will not end the text to display in the next line.

  so, I post the part of text using the subString, first online and the rest in the next line. This will solve the problem with the text wrapping.

  Select your photo and text inside the subform flowed. Right-click and select wrap in subform do the positioned Subform subform. This will allow you to move objects in this subform positioned the way you like them.

  You should be able to achieve the desired effect by placing the image inside the box and giving a compensation of the negative film.

  The picture will overlap with text partially and skin will still work.

  Hello!  I was wondering if someone can help me please.  Currently, I learn how to use InDesign and have encountered a problem.  Basically, I made some sketches/illustrations with Illustrator and to stick in a book about InDesign.  When I do this it works fine, but then the text will not wrap around the sketch.  I found how to solve this problem - I have created a form (white) solid block of the draft sketch to go under the original sketch and can now wrap the text around it, isn't ideal if - however, I can not select the drop-down menu wrap text options in the dialog text wrap, as it is gray and unclickable.

  First, unless there is a reason for it, you are better to place the work Illy.

  With this selected work, open the text layout Panel and set the appropriate text wrapping.
