  I think I got this, just need confirmation, before I was going to HP.com to find udpated pilots, then site Web HP said if computers purchased after August 2013 have been tested, I think you could get the updates via the HP with WIN10 site.  My pc model was purchased in February 2013, it seems now that I have WIN10 there is no drivers for me page to go it says that I need to go to the updates of Windows.  Before I upgraded to 10, I was 8, and I had full access to the drivers download through HP.com page.  However, I think I understand now, I had a problem with the Norton Removal Tool, after using it, it makes my pilot biometric and disabled the Windows Hello to WIN10 - the reader of fingerprints for a connection.  The pilot appeared to be corrupted and I needed to just reinstall.  I finally found an old forum via HP where someone has had the same problem that I did and they are found to include a link for the driver, and it worked for my model of laptop and solved the problem.  After some tests, I uninstalled the driver and learned at that time, after the driver is uninstalled, I can go to Windows Update and it will search and find the driver that I uninstalled and offer me the download to reinstall.  That's cool.  So, I understand now that even now if the drivers are not available for my model via HP.com, I can now just do a search through Windows Update and it will fix the problem, only after that I uninstalled it through Control Panel, Device Manager, once I uninstalled, restarted the computer, then did the updates of Windows It downloaded the driver, like when I went to the Control Panel, Device Manager, I saw the biometric driver in good working condition.  This is the case now with who need driver updates / reinstall?  (Note: to update the drivers, I know too much, you can go to control panel, Manager of devices, and then click the driver and select Update driver software.)

  I have worked with PSE since version 2, but haven't posted in this forum so if I break a "rule", I apologize in advance.

  I downloaded from a very reputable site actions and cannot get them to run. Error message: the command 'make' is currently not available.

  I downloaded and unpacked fresh copy x 3. Removed and reloaded PSE 13 x 3. So I thought that the problem was in stocks until what I ran across some of the default actions that came within the PES 13. Borders and lose the weight seemed to work but when I arrived at Sepia Toning, I got the same error message. The message gives me the option to 'continue' or 'stop' but the action does not work correctly if I chose 'continue '.

  Hello

  Chances are RoboHelp believes that the image to be used somewhere in the project. RoboHelp is funny like that. He dislikes you sawing off the branch on which you are majestically perched.

  Are you able to right click on the image in the project finds Manager and choose Properties? If Yes, click on the "used" tab and see what reports RoboHelp. This should give you a clue where to look.

  OK, I had to go to go to the folder ~ / Library, preferences, then replace 'Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 "by 'Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 Old parameters' settings '.

I did not create these files and I am not able to delete these folders. each such record appears as empty, but each such record contains 11 certain sub folders named-graph, 1028,1031... so now. I am able to open external file with administrator privileges, but not subfolders. I am also able to rename and move files in the same directory, but I'm unable to delete these files. When I try to open the subfolders, it says "u currently do not have permission to access this folder" and when I continue it says "you have refused permission to access this folder." Please tell me how I can delete these folders. I tried to change the security or permissions through properties, but there is no option to change permissions for these folders under the Security tab.

• Error running macro 'drive not available '.

  Have been successfully recording and execution of macros for years. Now, with PS Cloud Creative 2015.0.1, this proven functionality is broken. When I run a recorded macro, the macro hangs with the message "Could not complete the Batch command because the disk is not available."
